Physical Description: Dolphi has two forms. One is of the skeleton betta fish ghost that is his true form, as it was his His Archghost form (for blending in with humans) was modeled after that of Treetune, so he could pretend to be her and sully her name. He has her hair, but everything else is different. Dolphi has light blue skin and fins where his ears should be. There are gills on his neck as well. His arms and legs aren’t arms and legs, but fish fins. For clothing, he wears a long red cape with his fishbone charm as a brooch. He doesn’t wear pants, though.
Weapons: Fishhook the blue fish
Abilities/Powers: As an Archghost, Dolphi has control over Wisps, which are the lowest level of ghosts, and Soul Fire, which is basically a fancy term for the auras most ghosts (not Archghosts) have, and he can use it to set things on fire. He can also shapeshift back into his normal ghost form, which is basically a little betta fish skeleton ghost.
Skills: He can throw his voice so he sounds like someone else. He’s also a pretty darn good crossdresser.
Personality: His personality is very similar to that of Tree’s but with more vengeance and hate thrown in. He’s crazy, random, and most of all, only makes sense when he wants to. He’s also crazy obsessed with killing Tree, and refuses to let anyone else kill her. At all.
History: Like Snowy, Dolphi was one of Tree’s former pets. But when Dolphi died from old age, he wasn’t flushed for a long time. By the time he was flushed, he was a skeleton, with all of his flesh completely rotted away. He blamed Tree for this; she saw him every day, but his skeleton scared her too much for her to actually do something. So, he bided his time and eventually became an Archghost, a powerful type of ghost. Then, he came back to the mortal realm and met up with Fishhook, a zombie fish that Todd had brought back to life many years ago who wanted revenge. Together, they decided to bring down Todd and Tree. They combined and disguised themselves as Tree and Todd, meaning to destroy Norway and then frame the two of them for it, and then take their Anti-Treetune Revenge Squad and kill her while she’s in jail. Tree ended up escaping, though, thanks to the intervention of her friends (mainly Ark), and Tree and Dolphi ended up duking it out in and around New York City, eventually razing it to the ground. Dolphi lost, and decided to do the best thing and retreat back to Hell before Snowy could drive her scythe into him and reap him. He now has a fishbowl of his own in Hell, and is preparing for a rematch there.
