Full Name: King Zin Kain (A.K.A. Kijin Kain; doesn't like being called this though.)

Height: 6 foot 2 (Grows up to 7 foot 8 in Rage mode.)
Weight: 280 pounds

Race: Zinterou (A race of humanoid reptiles, that consists of lizards, crocodiles, even snake humanoids.)
Alliance: Evil
Home: The Desert Settlement (Located outside the mountain borders of Arcadia Valley.)
Franchise: OC; From the same OC world as Wally and Otto.
Physical Description: A rather bulky and muscular figure, that almost looks like a walking mountain of muscle, though he still looks just in the slightest bit skinny. He wears a dull grey armor, though it is encrusted with jewels one would think looks like common day rubies, emeralds, and diamonds, making him appear more regal. His scales are pale grey in color, and a helmet atop his head that makes it look like he has horns atop his head. In spite of his bulky body, he has human like legs covered by armored pants, and clawed feet which stick out of his metal boots. Their are claw marks over his right eye, which is pale white insinuating blindness in that eye.
Weapons: A giant skinning knife that looks like a jagged schimitar, but his most affective one is a chain flail ended with a wicked looking axe. He can also use his claws.
Abilities/Powers: For some odd reason or another, he has abilities similar to Otto's though limited to an extent. He's able to sniff out aura's almost as well or even better then Otto can, couple that with some knowlege in the arcane arts, and a powerful martial artist and you have yourself an extremely dangerous 'hunt and kill machine'.
Kijin Kain also has two powerful fighting forms; normal form which you will see him in most often, and his second form is often called Rage Mode. In this form, Kijin Kain grows taller, thicker in muscle tone, and definately much more powerful. His arcane arts recieve a great boost, and his fighting skills become even more deadly. Exercise extreme caution fighting him in this form.
Skills: Despite his bulky body and impressive weight, he is able to move very fast, and jump impressive distances, thus making him something of a athletic tank. When he isn't out killing, he's learning new ways to lead his people to victory over their sworn enemies in the valley.
Personality: Many villains at Kijin Kain's levels are often brutish, moronic, bullies... Kijin Kain is not. Quite the contrary, while he is vicious and ruthless, he is also extremely intelligent. Many times he will approach a new face and use a rather gentlemanly side of himself to get information and kill the person he had been conversing with when he gets what he wants... Or kills them anyway if they don't. Kijin Kain HATES humans with every fiber of his being, seeing his own race as far superior. He has a superiority complex, which may come off as annoying, but he almost always has the strength and power to back up his claims.
History: Many are unsure Kijin Kain's history, but here are the basic facts.
Kijin Kain was born to his Zinterou father, a powerful and ruthless overlord during the times of peace the Zinterou had between the valley. Their are rumors that a second son was born unto the king, but no evidence yet supports this to be true. Kijin Kain learned his hatred of humans from his father, and soon he became just as much a killing machine as him. Many events came and gone, and soon enough, the Zinterou's declared war on Arcadia Valley. Many details of this historic event are blurred in the Arcadia Valley history textbooks, due to a great amount of deception, betrayal, and schism's that had taken place.
What CAN be sure however was that during one raid, Kijin Kain met and angered one of the valley's royal knights, an unpredictable young man known only as Otto Shinryu, by killing his beloved. Angered beyond recompense, Otto, as well as his newly made monk friend Wally, searched the valley for Kijin Kain, and his horrid raiders; Otto to exact revenge against the raiders and Wally to find a way to end the war. In the battle that followed when they found the raiders, Otto defeated Kijin Kain, much to the prince's sizable dishonor. This dishonor was furthered even more as Otto and Wally went along, soon enough gaining friends with a boy known as Kosumu, as they defeated raid after raid, before finally, by some sheer miracle, killing the king of the Zinterou himself, thus ending the war.
In retaliation, the king of Arcadia Valley banished the Zinterou into the seemingly endless desert outside the mountain walls of the valley. Kijin Kain, crowned the new king of the Zinterou, was all but forced out... But his hatred for the valley continues with a passion, but not as much as his hatred for the man that defeated and humiliated him time and time again.
Other: Kijin Kain RAGED when he heard Otto had disappeared from the valley. He could've called war on the valley right then, knowing the protectors were gone... Instead, he went on a search for the boy, wanting to start, and end a war on his terms. Meaning he wouldn't start one if he couldn't kill Otto himself in the process.
Upon finding a mysterious ghost train, Kijin Kain caught a ride and was soon on his way to Dimensional Island... ... ...
