She looks roughly middle-eastern, but despite having more wrinkles than a Shar Pei seems to have aged pretty well. She doesn't have the discoloration or spotting old people are known to get, and she's certainly spry enough for her apparent age of eighty going on one hundred and fifty.
She looks like she may have been a figurative goddess in her younger years, and has a kindly smile that can put all but the most uptight people at ease. Her laugh lines aren't from frowning, in any case. He hair is a touch on the wispy end of things, but she's managed to get the stringy mess into a rough bun just up from the back of her head. Its long enough that it comes down to the base of her neck, but the wispiness makes it seem rather thin, especially near the bottom. She's known for putting number of hair sticks through the bun, but they all tend to look rather expensive. Some of them look more like they belong in a museum exhibit than in someone's hair, and they tend to have beads and such hanging fro the top. They cross inside the bun, creating an "x" shape with the bun in the middle.
She has on painfully small wireframe glasses. They look almost hand made, the thin frame being the color of bronze and the tiny lenses inserted in the top. The lenses are flat on the top and have no covering. If one were to put them on their own face, they'd realize they appear to be just for show. The eyes themselves look black in almost all light. In actuality they are very dark brown.
She tends to wear fairly conservative versions of Ancient Japanese or Chinese fashion. Simple flower print with dark coloring and such. The fact that she wears an apron of a coordinating light color with the word's "Madame Himitsu's Ancient Treasures" in dark text to match her kimono means her outfit often clashes. But at the same time it gives the woman a sort of charm that lends well to the cluttered environment of her shop. She wears tabi (Japanese toe socks) or simple Japanese sandals.
The most important thing to note about this form is one almost never sees it outside of her shop. Its not that it is tied to the shop, its just she often sees no need to use it elsewhere.

She has thin lips that somehow appear to have lipstick on them, but actually don't.
She dresses in two styles. One style is extremely similar to the style she dresses in her hold lady form. A practical version of Ancient Japanese or Chinese kimono in dark colors, and an apron tied over in the same fashion. She also wears tabi or simple Japanese sandals.
The other style is for going out in public. She favors a casual version of yukata (a style of Kimono), but is well known for other flowing female garments. She is not limited by things such as spells or incantations and finds that improvising creates the best results. Its a very dynamic form of sorcery and it call all be chalked up to magic. It has no real aura, and would best be described as spiritual powers. Not angelic or demonic in the least, although she can use powers of those categories.
She has almost a sixth sense about items with magical or spiritual properties. She senses when people will be arriving and is not above saying "You'll come when you're ready" and such.
She can teleport her shop to any world, dimension, or time - shifting her stock as she does so and appearing to people who need it. She's known many famous mages in one incarnation or another, and has met the Merlins, Rasputins, and Laplaces of many realities.
Her ability to store her vast amounts of treasure probably counts. Best explanation is she has some kind of dimension sized "bag of holding" she chucks the stuff in, pulling it out when she needs. Chalk it up to her undefined sorcery.

She can fight with just about any weapon she gets her hands on, but has an extreme disdain for things like guns. To the point that she won't stock them in her shop unless under very special circumstances. Such as a person needing an item for a task. But it should be noted they actually need it, and often not in the way they think.

She actually takes jokes rather well, but the way she seems to rage often makes it hard to tell. Don't play a prank on her unless you want a better one played back.

History
For all her powers and such, she doesn't have that flashy a history. Born in the early civilizations of one Earth or another, likely Mesopotamia or whatnot, she had a skill with magic that she honed. She liked shiny things and began collecting them. She figured out the secret to immortality as a young woman. She didn't become immortal for any selfish reason or anything of the sort. She just wanted to watch history go by and continue to amass a collection of baubles.
As time went on she gained a little more knowledge in things. Decided to change destiny where it could be changed, aid it if it needed. Its the whole reason she's on the Island now. Lots of people with destinies needing changing or aiding. As usual, she set up her shop here. She sees no reason to leave any time soon.
