Physical Description: He’s a Staraptor with some adjustments and added items. Instead of Brown feathers they are actually Black, and the area where light brown is gray. His eyes are fire red, and the tip of his top hair (I don’t know) is also dark red. Around his neck is always a flaming red scarf that is tightly wounded around his neck so it stays in place, and also around his body is a small box with a egg with wings insigma on the lock.
Weapons: His attacks, any projectiles, and whatever the hell he can find around.
Abilities/Powers: Sneaking, Flying, and Scouting. He can keep the team under control…. But with some help. He can also intimidate foes.

Agility (Adds Speed)
Brave Bird (Charging at Opponent at a low altitude and slamming into it, but recoils about 1/3 damage)
Quick Attack (A Fast attack)
Hyper Beam (A powerful attack, but the next turn they can’t do anything)
Personality: He seems to be the more serious and uptight one that leads a group with great pride and courage, but really he’s a scared guy. He’s not the real leader, and acts as the fake leader so that the real leader may do what she needs to do. He’s calm around the real leader, and has more confidence since she’s a friend of his that helped him out his whole life.
History: He was simply born into a normal pokemon family that lived in the forest, and really didn’t do much and was the quiet one. He was going through the cycle Wake up, Find food, eat, play, and go back to sleep throughout his life until he found something… or someone. A Hoppip was caught in the trees, and he saved her. The Jumpluff was named Noki, and she was a cheerful one. It was proven she was braver and cheerful than he was as well as wise. She lived with them since she could not find her way home, and enjoyed her life. It was then, she convinced Tonipher to join Pokemon Rescue Teams when she was 8 and he was 10. He was of course nervous, but then she was there to guide him and calm him. He met Tapra, whom seemed nice enough to be his partner despite his lack of knowledge she was indeed a runaway from hope. They started out small, and named their team ‘Team Pyroyal’ and worked together. He was the leader, or as people thought when he was seen by other members and was eventually put up to that level. He was nervous and not fit for leadership, but then he was helped by Noki to keep calm and know what to do. He’s been with Noki and Tapra for 18 full year, playing his role as the fake ‘leader’ and also best friend to them all as he grew to be a Staraptor. Time flew by so quickly to him, and they’ve grown so old already. It was a normal mission for him with other fellow teammates and himself as a portal took him to Dimensional Island.
