Physical Description: She’s basically an Ampharos with changing in coloring. She’s dark purple instead of yellow, and wherever it’s white it is now black. Her eye color is a bright green instead of black, and the red gems are dead black instead. She always has a torn straightjacket on her back because she breaks a lot of them when she escapes the happy house and uses it as a umbrella when it rains. Her face is usually crazy happy.
Weapons: Her deadly amounts of electricity and anything around
Abilities/Powers: Having so much electricity, being mentally unstable, and somehow managing to get out of the happy house every time she’s put in.

Personality: Being Mentally Unstable she is quite hard to understand or control. She is really childish, but at the same time very dangerous. She loves to play with electricity, and enjoys explosions. She loves fluffy things too as well as games. She’s forceful and nuts for sure.
History: She was born into an average family, and average village and nothing really was out of the ordinary. She acted VERYYYY odd her first 5 years, but everyone shrugged it off. When she was 6 she actually blew up her friend’s house, and how she was spazzing out was quite odd. She was tested, and she was tested positive on mentally unstable. The pokemen in white took her away to the happy house, but of course she didn’t stay long. She totally blew up her cell with extreme electricity and escaped.
This continued on for the next 16 years of her life, and she’s escaped the happy house a little over 1000 times or so successfully. Most want to give up on catching her, but she is indeed a hazard to society.
