Yeah, I basically Harley Quinn'd PPGZ's Ken into classic Powerpuffs with both Mugen and NN1's approvals.

Skills: Kenny is highly intellegent for his age in numerous fields of science, like his father, and is able to create a variety of of gadgets and devices; once MacGyvererd a Powerpuff Signal out of an old theater spotlight and clippings of colored overhead projector paper. Speaking of MacGyver, being a bit of a fan of that old series, he has been known to successfully perform some of MacGyver's tricks on occasion. He also has some non-science skills like baseball, golf, and some other... not-as-physical sports.
Personality: Kenny is a smart and friendly, albeit somewhat mischeivous, boy. However, he can get a little jealous of his sisters, but he has shown to care deeply for the girls. Kenny has very few friends at Pokey Oaks Elementary, and he's often a popular target for bullies (hence the deragatory nickname listed above). He has made it onto the school's baseball team, though it's not exactly the best in the county to say the least.
Being as smart as he is, Kenny seems to follow in his father's scientific footsteps. He has even invented a few gadgets, though not ones of grand a scale as his father's. Some of his best inventions, however, were created as are entirely by accident (like father, like son), though he usually tries to make it sound like he meant to create it that way... no one ever falls for it. It might also be necessary to point out that Kenny is afraid of heights, making it for him whenever his sisters have to fly him anywhere.
History: Shortly after the events of "Powerpuff Girls Rule!" (which I will respectfully not spoil for anybody), a short series of events led to Professor John Utonium and Ms. Keane's short-lived romance rekindling, and the two were shortly after married. Kenny was born to the two of them. In a parallel world (namely the series of my still sadly unwritten fanfics), Kenny was actually born several years earlier to Utonium's unknown late first wife, but I digress.
Kenny would prove an active and reliable member of the Utonium family, and he would often provide some kind of support in the girls' mission to fight Townsville's various criminals, the evil monkey Mojo Jojo. They would occasionally work together on normal family things as well, such as school, chores, games, stuff like that.
At some point, the supervillain activity strangely died down. Suspicious, Blossom decided to check out Mojo's volcanotop observatory and has yet to return. Bubbles and Buttercup said she was to return eventually, but Buttercup apparently got tired of waiting and went in after her. Curious, Kenny snuck into the observatory himself and found the portal regenerator Mojo had used to get to Dimensional Island. Then, after packing several essentials including a celluar Hotline, he reactivated the portal to its last input destination and followed his sisters into Dimensional Island. How will Blossom and Buttercup react to this? Well... that's up to their puppeteers to decide once he's found in roleplay...
Other: Kenny's middle name, Albert, comes from Albert Einstein. Should I ever find the time to actually write some stories with Kenny (and I made the guy up over a year ago [sigh]), there will be a running gag in the first couple of fanfics involving Kenny engrosed in something requiring complete concentration when the Hotline buzzing throws him off. Also, bear in mind: even though he knows all of MacGyver's tricks doesn't mean I do. I may have him perform a trick I passed by a mention of online, but if anyone knows one he'd be able to do that I don't know of, tell me OOC so I can have him do it.
