Abilities/Powers: While it is speculated that Mr. Saturns have powerful PSI capabilities, due to their ability to function without obvious upper appendages, this is unconfirmed.
Skills: Dr. Saturn can cure almost any illness just as well as any professional doctor. No one really knows how he does it, but he does it well.
Personality: Like all Mr. Saturns, Dr. Saturn can seem childish and simple-minded at first. However, he is rather wise and talented under his strange Saturnese demeanor, and very generous too, given he treats patents for free.
History: Dr. Saturn lives in the Saturn Valley beyond Void City's cemetery. There, he offers his house as a hospital to treat fellow Saturns and anyone else who comes in need of his services. No one knows if he is the same Dr. Saturn from Threed's Saturn Valley who treated Ness and his party or another Dr. Saturn.
Other: Dr. Saturn is the only non-generic Mr. Saturn in the whole Mother series. This one, should this application be accepted, would only be played by me, whereas any other Mr. Saturn can be played by anyone who understands what they are well enough.
