Physical Description: Lucy looks as you'd expect a ten-year old girl to look. Long, chestnut brown hair. Shimmering blue eyes. A small body, no major figure to speak of, yet she has a look that only be described as cute and adorable. She wears an emerald green shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and her hair is pulled back by a red bow. This is how she looks on the surface.
In the dream world, she takes on many different forms. One of her most common forms, however, is that of a young woman with long, fantasy-style silver hair, calming green eyes, and wears a long white dress. The other, when she wants to be cutesy even in the dream world, involves cat ears and a cat tail, them being orange-furred, hazel eyes, short black hair, and a schoolgirl uniform.

Abilities/Powers: Lucy is able to control people's dreams. To do this, she must be asleep and must be in contact with another sleeping person physically, usually cuddling them during sleep. She can do whatever she wants in the dream world, change nightmares into romances and happy days into horro stories. In the Dream World, she is God. Outside of the Dream World, however, she is powerless.
Skills: Thanks to being in the dreams of some of her friends, she's learned quite a bit on how to cook, clean, and sew. She's also learned how to fight, come up with a few clever strategies, debate with her friends, and intellectual things that are beyond the normal ten-year-old's mind.
Personality: Lucy has two sides to her. In public, she acts like you'd expect a child to act. Whether playing with friends, giggling hapilly, crying when sad, what have you, she looks cute and cuddly. However, then there's her side that is intellectual, making her look like she should be older then ten. Having been in the dreams of older men and women, she's seen and experienced things that have opened her mind, not to mention she's questioned them about advanced learnings and learned some things from those who dreamed of becoming teachers, giving advanced lessons to a class of well behaved students. She doesn't show this side off often, wanting to look like a normal child, but she is curious about older things, including, dare I say it... sex. *is shot* THAT DOESN'T MEAN SHE'LL HAVE IT, DAMNIT!
History: Most Super Children don't even get their powers as children, getting them when they're old enough to use them. Some do manage to get them in their teens or even before their teens and often don't know what to do with them at first. But there are those whose powers transcend reality, the chosen few who were born with their powers straight up. Lucy ended up one of them. Born on Earth, she was naught but a baby in the real world, yet when her parents would cuddle her, she would be fully functional in the dream world with a conscious already that of a fully grown woman. By the time she reached five-years-old, some of that consciousness had adapted into her and she began to yearn for actual knowledge. So she slept-over with her friends, including older friends she would meet thanks to her friends, and learn from being within their dreams.
But on her tenth birthday, she was found by the Tribunal. They came to her house and tried to beat her to death. Her parents tried to intervene, but they were killed. Lucy made to escape, not knowing what else to do, and... wouldn't you know it? A random portal brought her to the ITS... straight into the arms of more Tribunal soldiers. She is currently running from them as we speak, soon to find herself in the arms of another caring Super Child.
