Physical Description
Tsuki has a very pale complexion, but she is still clearly Japanese. Her natural skin-tone marks her as a natural sort of beauty by some traditional Japanese opinions of the term. She burns fairly easily, but its within the ranges of normal. Her height is average for her ethnicity and she is pleasantly skinny. No ribs show if she were to take off her shirt. Her kind sky blue eyes are able to express many emotions, and generally you only see fear or sad sympathy in terms of negative expressions.
Her hair color does not fit the model of Japanese beauty. It is a very pale shade of blond and could be called bleach blond, but technically isn't quite pale enough. She has very long bangs that come down to her mid-chest when hanging in front, but she prefers to sweep them behind her ears and keep them in place with small and hard to see metal pins. She will sometimes keep her hair up in two large buns just above her ears so it will stay out of her way.
Tsuki is always seen in a dress or skirt. The dress or skirt always comes to her ankles. She tends to wear long sleeves. When she wears short-sleeves, they aren't t-shirt sleeves. They tend to hug her upper arms. She is often seen in an apron as she does most of the cooking and cleaning. When she wears shoes, they tend to be very sensible. Her usual colors are white, light grey, or some combination thereof. Her aprons tend to be navy or black.
Weapons
Tsuki doesn't carry weapons on her. However, years of cooking have made her pretty handy with kitchen implements. This includes things that would easily be considered weapons such as knives. She still couldn't do much against someone who actually knew how to fight, but she could clock a burglar over the head with a frying pan.

Tsuki is a normal human with no powers or abilities.
Skills
Tsuki can cook extremely well. She is a fast and efficient cleaner. She is also able to sew. She has good intuition about people and can often guess how good a person is within seconds. This isn't a power as she can be wrong. Its within the ranges of normal. She's also a phenomenal listener and could easily be a counselor if she were inclined to leave the house and get a job.
Personality
The woman seems a saint. She has patience to rival a proverbial nun and rarely loses her temper. She is calm. She tends not to tell people what they want to hear, and can sometimes be painfully honest. Tsuki seems to let a lot go on in her house, but she can be counted to step in when things get severe. Of her and her husband, she is easily the most levelheaded. She can come across as the daft parent, but the woman notices far more than she reacts to.
She believes people should do what they want to do. This does put her at conflict with her husband at times, and Tsuki has enough fiery traits that she won't take a fight to another room. She could be said to "handle" things well, as she will often tell a person one thing to make them happy and then give advice to the contrary.
Tsuki greatly cares for those dear to her. Her daughter Kisa is the world to her, and its about her she will most easily lose her cool. However, in a situation involving the family she can generally be counted on to be the calm counterpoint to her husband.
History
Tsuki was born in the Japan of some world or another. She was given a fair amount of freedom as a child but never really got into much trouble. She was neither very smart or very stupid, but she did tend to be a bit above average. This was possibly due to attending cram school frequently as much as aptitude. She was in her second year of high school when a portal just up and opened one day on her way home from school. The Island was a shock, but she had the fortune of her parents coming through days later Island time, hours later in her world. She graduated due to home schooling.
She was walking home from a shopping trip one day when she saw some chaos caused by a man who had clearly just arrived. She ran up to him and helped him calm down. Two years later she and the man named Mamoru Shiroi were married, and she moved in with him.
About a year after that, Tsuki gave birth to a girl they called Kisa. While Tsuki had the most hand in raising her, Mamoru would sometimes put his foot down about things. There was a bit of heated conflict over it, but Kisa bore no ill developments from it. Tsuki was there to support Kisa when she began developing her powers as a sensitive, and she mediated as best she could over Mamoru's disapproval. The main chaos ended when Tsuki told Kisa to only use or speak of her powers when her father wasn't home.
When Kisa was in the latter half of her fourteenth year, Mamoru began to look for suitors for her. this caused more friction between Mamoru and Tsuki than before. Kisa doesn't like the man that Mamoru is focusing on, and Tsuki is trying to be patient about it. She tells Kisa to be patient, there are still five more years before her father would expect her to marry. She is sure she can talk her husband into letting Kisa marry whom she wants.

Kisa is a Yu-Gi-Oh! OC because she is Kisa's mother, and Kisa is a semi-OC because she is Kisara's reincarnation. Other than that, she's a fully original character.
