Physical Description: He's a slightly thin Lucario with somewhat scruffy elbow fur, and all of the cream torso fur has been replaced with periwinkle, and his spikes are a light shade of sky blue. He has purple eyes, and a bit of his head fur is spikes up at the top and dyed dark blue, the latter usually isn't visible due to the dark green fedora he always wears tipped slightly down. He will usually be wearing a light green, sleeveless hoodie with the zipper down a bit for his chest spike, and a bronze coin on a piece of black string. Sometimes he'll don a dark green trenchcoat if he feels the need.

*Close Combat- A vicious beatdown the cuts the user's defensive stats in the aftermath.
*Iron Tail- Striking the opponent with a rock-hard tail.

*Bullet Punch- A fast punching attack.
*Shadow Claw- Slicing at the opponent with claws made of shadows.
*Psychic- Attacking the opponent with a telekinetic blast.
*Ice Punch- Punching the target with an icy fist.
*Feint- Striking through defensive barriers.
*Hi Jump Kick- A kick thrown from a high altitude, he takes damage if he misses.

*Aura Sphere- This attack packs half the punch of a normal one, and usually fizzles out before it reaches the target.
Uziami always seems to be on the ready. He is usually focused on one thing, so much so that he will not flinch in battle. This is the result of his "Inner Focus" ability.
Skills: Uziami is at home in the slums, and could actually make a living in one. He was a junk dealer, along with dealing in some less-than-savory professions. He's pretty average in terms of fighting, but is truly at home off the field of battle. In addition, he is quite durable for his level and species, and very limber and quick.
Personality: He seems to be the type of guy you'd see in a back alley, trying to make some kind of quick buck. Uziami is a slick talker, usually knowing what to say at the right time. He usually keeps his cool, but he can blow his top. He is quick to show his temper, but equally quick in cooling down.
Greed is also a part of his character, usually claiming to be on the heroes' side just for the money. However, his species' innate honor is present in him- even he has standards. While claiming he is only with Team SOS "until somethin' betta comes along", he has had many opportunities to leave, and has yet to show any signs of wanting to leave, suggesting a warmer side to him.
If he is angry enough at someone, Uziami may start to add what sounds like Italian dirty words to his speech. It's to confuse the guy he's yelling at, though he'll try to be careful about this around anyone he thinks knows Italian. Of course, this doesn't stop him from using the words to make threats.
History: Uziami was born on Mt. Coronet to a small clan of Riolu and Lucario, and was to become chieftain of the clan following his father. While this all sounds like he had it made and was a fool to give it up, he was born with a rare defect that prevented him from using aura. He was often mocked by his own people, and even the girl he was supposed to marry. It was perhaps all this teasing that convinced him that he was better off alone, and left the mountain at the young age of nine.
He regretted leaving the clan when he reached solid ground, but it was too late for him to turn back. He basically wandered the lands close to the mountain for six months before passing out of hunger. Uziami would be a rotting corpse in Sinnou now, had he not been captured by a passing trainer.
He woke up in a small, but warm cabin, to an old human. He specialized in Fighting Pokemon, and saw potential in the young Riolu. His name was Alex, and he gave Uziami his name. For the next four years, Uziami trained under Alex and his other Pokemon, even though he never evolved. He got to travel the world, seeing many different places and Pokemon. However, all good things must come to an end, as he learned at the age of thirteen.
Alex grew sick, and pleaded for his Pokemon to come to him. He explained that they were to go to his granddaughter, who was going to carry on his legacy. Uziami held his dying trainer's hand, and as his heart stopped, his loyalty to his now-deceased trainer showed. He evolved into a Lucario out of the kindness Alex had shown him, and the trust he returned.
His granddaughter, as it turned out, already had a Pokemon of her own, a Garchomp she caught as a Gible. Because she could only have six, she chose to release Uziami, for he was the weakest. He felt betrayed, thinking that he would have a home. A hatred started to burn in his heart, a hatred for Garchomps. He ran away, and eventually ended up washing ashore on one bad island.
You see, he had landed on Ruby Island, an island more suited to Fire-, Rock- and Ground-types. Deciding he really had nothing left to lose, he started selling junk, and it wasn't long before he turned to grave robbing and pimping to make ends meet. Uziami saw a Gabute when he was fourteen, and knowing they evolved into the species he hated so much, purposely sold him a used TM. After that, he pretty much ran away again, going to another part of the slums where he couldn't be found, and resumed his shady businesses. It wasn't long before girls started to gather around him, attracted to him by his good looks and charisma.
Of course, that life had to end as well. When he was fifteen, he was out in the streets, gathering junk to sell, when suddenly a teal Flygon swooped him up. Uziami was frightened, until he learned that she was "rescuing him from the poverty of the slums"... after which he was simply angry and annoyed. The Flygon, named Teala, demanded that he be her bodyguard, and when he said no, he was forced to change his mind after being roasted by a Flamethrower attack. After he said yes, they pretty much just wandered from island to island for a while. (The Shimmer Islands, as they were called)
This Croconaw, named Miles, was looking for members for his rescue team, Team SOS. It had been just him and a Luxio named Tua for a couple years now, and after hearing his story, Teala signed herself and Uziami. Just months after they joined, they noticed that Miles seemed to have grown more distant, and they learned that he had a younger brother that vanished. This distancing kept up for two years. On the second year, Miles left for a few days, and while Tua was in charge for now, he and Teala finally realized their feelings for each other.
He was quite shocked when he found out his leader had evolved, and let the cause of this evolution, Volcano the Blaziken, join the team, even watching as they confessed their feelings to each other. Uziami witnessed Miles accept and lose a challenge to a Pikachu in a hat, named Tanachu, and was powerless when he saw the once-great team collapse into mockery. Mheetu, Tua's younger brother who had joined, didn't do much to help calm these weird homicidal urges he got for Tanachu.
It was on a mission with the rest of Team SOS to the depths of a jungle, when the ground under them caved in, and sent the group into a portal to Dimensional Island. He now lives in a cramped apartment with the rest of the team.
Other: The island's auto-translate feature does work on him. He cannot use aura beyond a pitiful-looking Aura Sphere that usually fizzles out before it hits the target. Also, he speaks with a Brooklynese Italian accent for some reason he can't explain.
