Full Name: Violet Pathfeather
Nicknames: Aries
Age: 13
Height: 1'9''
Weight: 16 pounds
Gender: Female, but goes as male.
Race: Vulpix
Alliance: True Neutral
Home: Johto region
Franchise: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
Physical Description: Aries comes off as a bit small for a member of her species, but it's because she's still growing. Her fur tinted a bit brown, though it may just be dirt. Her headfur is a dark shade of reddish brown, and has grown out to where it is tied in a small, messy ponytail in the back, with her "bangs" ruffled out a bit. Tying the hair back is a flame-pattern sash that functions exactly the same way as a "Focus Sash" does, allowing her to survive an attack that would have induced fainting, provided she is in top condition.
Weapons: Her body.
Abilities/Powers: Her attacks;
*Fire Blast- An intense blast of fire is launched to attack.
*Extrasensory- Using a strange and invisible power to launch an attack.
*Payback- An attack that doubles in power if she is hit before using it.
*Iron Tail- Slamming into an opponent with her six rock-hard tails.
*Pain Split- Equally dividing her remaining stamina with a foe's.
*Power Swap- A strange power is used to swap her offensive abilities with a foe's.
Fire attacks are not useful against Aries. In fact, they are the exact opposite of useful. Every lick of fire that she is hit by is absorbed by her to make her fire attacks stronger. However, this also has the side effect of increasing her rage, and if it should reach a certain threshold, Aries will go berserk. This is how her "Flash Fire" ability manifests itself.
Skills: Aries doesn't have much in the way of skills. She's a powerful fighter, up to the point to where the team's GLAD she's on their side. She also sports very high physical strength, which comes in handy when carrying objects around or just trying to keep order.
Personality: Aries is gender-confused. She believes herself to be a boy, and will violently react to any comment suggesting that she's a girl. She plays rough, and rolls in the dirt to make her look more like a male, so that people won't take her lightly.
This is just to fight against some stereotypes of her species. Aries believes that just because they're small and cute, doesn't mean that they're weak fighters. She has a bit of a softer side, but it doesn't really show unless she's in a jam.
Aries also has some elements of a "drill sargent nasty", especially when it comes to her fellow Fire-types. If she was to ever see a week Fire-type, she'd be more than happy to whip the poor guy into shape.
History: Aries was born as Violet Pathfeather in the Johto region, between the human settlements known as "Violet City" and "Ecuteak City". She was sought after by trainers, due to being a rare Pokemon free to capture with a hard-to-find egg move. Her father was captured before she hatched, and her mother was captured just days after she was hatched. She was usually alone. She ran away the the age of four to a more southern route, near a body of water. She cried herself to sleep that night, afraid of what kind of fate she might meet.
Violet awoke to a small bird nudging at her. Startled, she launched a surprisingly powerful Ember at him, nearly roasting him on the spot. Smelling like roasted chicken, she saw that he was an abnormally tiny Spearow, and he said his name was Hawk. he was simply making sure she was okay, and invited her to hang out with his band of friends. She was greeted by a silver-white Magikarp who said his name was Flip splashing out of the water, and a very young orange Gastly named Pepsci. Violet felt like she had a place to call home, and decided to stay with them.
Two years later, Violet woke up to a very worried Pepsci calling her to help him. Curious, the now-six-year-old Vulpix followed him, and came across a startling sight. It was a Chikorita around her age, bleeding heavily from the neck. Pepsci explained that he had been attacked by Crawdaunts, and that the Chikorita had saved him, and that they needed to save him. Violet carried him away, while Pepsci sent Hawk to get herbs and for Flip to splash up some water. He eventually woke up, and said his name was Leafslash. Leafslash figured that he owed them, and decided to stay with them to try and pay off those debts.
That lasted only one year. She was only seven when she heard news of a gang of Pokemon lead by a Skarmory was passing through the area, and wouldn't take well to anyone who got in their way. While Violet fled the area, carrying Flip with her, she was also the first to notice that Leafslash was missing. She went back to find him, risking being caught by the metal bird. However, it went smoothly, as the Skarmory seemed to be having problems with one of its eyes, and Violet also took notice of its wooden leg as she slipped the Chikorita away from their old home, and to their new one.
When he woke up, he found out he wasn't on the route anymore- rather, it looked like some sort of park. Flip explained that their home was completely devastated, and that they had to run. This was the closest area that could support all of them, so it had to do. Leafslash decided they would be safer if they were closer, and thus, came the birth of Team Mythos.
Two years went by, and by now Flip had evolved into a Gyarados... meaning they had to find a larger place to support the newly-evolved sea serpent. Leaving under the cover of the night, they failed to notice a Scyther following them. They settled down near the Lake of Rage, more than big enough to support Flip. They thought they had seen enough for one lifetime.
But alas, that same Scyther just had to appear, wanting revenge for a prank Pepsci had pulled on her a while back. While she tried to fight the Gastly alone, the team, led by Leafslash, declared that if she wanted to hurt one of them, she'd have to hurt them all. She knew she was beat, and surrendered. Leafslash, to everybody's surprise, forgave her, and asked her to stay. This Scyther, named Carol, was equally surprised, but decided she had nothing better to do.
Violet suddenly awoke to a Thunder attack crashing down, and to a shocked Leafslash. He explained that they had to run away, and to change their names for safety. Pepsci, now eight, was now Hades; Flip, now fifteen, became Poseidon; Hawk, now fourteen, was now Hermes; Carol refused to change her name because he had not been seen; and Leafslash became Apollo. Violet, who was ten at the time, changed her name to Aries.
After two years of running around, the team settled down in the Hoenn region, close to the sea. On this long journey, Apollo had evolved into a Bayleef, and Hades into a Haunter. Just as they were settled down and built a base, they noticed a Manectric appear before them, this one looking almost black and white, and quite muscular. Expecting another attack, they made a preemptive strike on him. After a series of "yeows", he eventually said he came in peace, and that he was named Zeus. He offered himself to the team. Apollo realized that this had to be the one that saved him from the Skarmory two years ago, and telling the team that he was a friend, accepted Zeus onto the team.
It was a cold winter night, when the team was bundled up together for warmth in their base, when there was a massive earthquake. The ground below them started to sink into portals, and one by one, all seven of them were swallowed up, and spit out onto the Dimensional Island.
Other: DO NOT CALL HER A GIRL OR PAIN HAPPENS.
The Island's auto-translate feature works on her.
Also, I'm aware a good portion of her history is copypasted from Apollo's bio, but since the two share history, I figured that it might work.
