-Destructive Chi manipulation in the form of a Helical Ki wave. Can be charged and is emitted using one or both arms in a swinging motion. The length of the wave is controlled by the fierceness of the swing and the blast can only be sustained if the user swings with all his/her might, and can can only last as long as his/her endurance can handle (Jesus, my arm is tired!)
-Matter Manipulation: She can create any object at will, as long as it is morally acceptable to B. Marquis. She can create duplicates of objects, and can be distributable to other people. These objects are tangible and available for use immediately and remains that way until Julia is knocked unconscious, however, if the object is tangible for 8 hours (The average time of sleep) it becomes real and usability is permanent. All objects are subject to the laws of physics and logic unless B. Marquis is asleep, i.e. "Oh look, He's asleep. Everybody get your Solid Snake Bandannas! Unlimited ammo everyone!" Objects formed while he is asleep immediately disappears when he's awake if it's not morally acceptable, reasonable, or sane to have it.

-She can go in and out of B. Marquis' mind at will, calling it her home, but only if she's within touch of him.
