Physical Description (Standard Form)
Nyarlathotep is a vaguely humanoid demon, and there is little doubt about his demonic origins by his appearance. At his base, he is an ill-proportioned charcoal black humanoid. His upper body is out of proportion with is painfully skinny stomach. His legs connect to his stomach region in a manner that seems almost boneless, and he is completely undefined in terms of human sexual traits. His upper legs look like sold muscle and his lower legs bend back in an unnatural manner, and are about half the height a human's would be, becoming thin as if leading to ankles.
His lower legs and "feet" are combined, being thin like the area of a man's wrist. They taper down to points and are like poorly bent hooks in that regard, and can be used as piercing weapons if the need arises. At the base of his lower legs/feet, a spur like spike extends from almost the button, but off to the inner side a bit. The legs/feet are not designed to be walked upon, and Nyarlathotep would have great difficulty in doing so in his normal form (see Abilities/Powers).
His upper chest extends far more to either side than it should, but creates an unsettling effect with the way it is stretched and ill proportioned in regards to humanity. His shoulders are rounded and come up higher than one would expect of a human, and his chest seems more connected to the shoulders than via a standard joint method. His arms have an even more sinewy muscle effect than his thighs, and they are longer than a human's should be. His wrists are parallel to about the palm in normal human proportions.
His hands, if they could be called that, consist of three limbs. However, his two main fingers come together in such a way that creates the illusion of merely on finger and a thumb-like appendage. Like all his body, it is not hindered in a human way by the presence of bones. The small illusion of bones the demon possesses is due to more concentrated areas of muscle mass. All three of his digits are pointed in the same fashion as his lower legs/feet and are just as usable as piercing weapons.
Connected to Nyarlathotep's back, a centimeter or two separate two at most, are two tall wings. It would not be totally inaccurate to compare the wings to those of a bat, but a better comparison would be to that of a western dragon. The membranes are not so much membranes as they are leathery stretched flesh. The front are a deep blood red, but the back are charcoal black.
The upper edges are also charcoal black and the part that tops the wings are heavily compressed muscle. No veins extend down onto the wings, which could bring the issue of how he uses them to fly. The wings are in fact more for momentum and directional guidance. Nyarlathotep's ability of flight is as much if not more paranormal than physical, which is what allows him to maintain a hover without flapping his wings.
The compressed muscle that forms the wing tops extends past the wings for a solid two inches, and end in points. While these could be used as piercing weapons, it is hardly practical as the wings provide flight stability and balance. A curved spike raises from the middle raised point of the wings, and it is much like the curved bone piece one might see on a western dragon. It is no more bone than the rest of Nyarlathotep's body, merely compacted muscle. It is quite sharp, but despite being usable as a weapon it has the same lack of practicality as his wing tips.
His head extends from his short and thick neck in a manner that makes it seem almost as if he doesn't have one. In fact, he is not able to turn his head much at all, but the odd by human standards way his body is constructed means that he can twist the muscle of his lower torso to turn. It's the least spectacular part of that body, in any case.
His head is shaped similar to a tall acorn. Atop it is a crown-like piece, and it even looks to be made of unpolished gold. Set evenly around the base of the "crown" are smooth blue gems. They are smooth like a lapis lazuli stone, but the color of sapphires. Above that base are many spikes, like a mace but clustered far closer together. They are sharp enough that Nyarlathotep could use them as a bludgeoning and piercing weapon if he headbutted correctly. Just below the crown are large round stud-like protrusions, the same color as his skin and evenly spaced around the entire head.
As for his face, Nyarlathotep doesn't have one. It is completely smooth and made of the same muscle like substance as his entire body. He is more than capable, however, of showing expressions as if he had a full face. It is nothing short of unsettling and often flies right into downright creepy. It seems to be possible by minute and instinctive muscle control, but the lack of a face unsettles almost anyone that sees it. It's not really something one can get used to, one either accepts it or they don't.
The last detail on Nyarlathotep's standard appearance is a prehensile tail of sorts. It is a whip of thin "muscle" of the same sort as the rest of his body. It's less compacted than a lot of the muscle, so even though it ends in a point it is not sharp. It is similar to a rat's tail in that regard. The only reason it is prehensile is the level of muscle control Nyarlathotep possesses.
Physical Description (Zorc Form)
Nyarlathotep's other known form (at least to himself) is known as Zorc Necrophades. It is that of a demon that towers hundreds of feet into the air. A human next to him is smaller than your average fashion doll next to a fully grown human. He is an extremely muscled looking entity with only passing humanoid traits. His head sits upon his neck, he has four main limbs, and he is bipedal. Each hand has five fingers, each topped with a large claw-like nail. The similarities to the human form pretty much end there.
He has six silvery horns on his head. The two coming from the top are narrow and almost as tall as his head. They curve in just a touch near the top and are quite sharp. Extending from roughly where you would expect ears to on a human are much larger curved horns. They somewhat resemble bull's horns in design. Coming from his lower "cheek" area are two horns whose overall size seems to be the same as his head horns. They curve in sharply and somewhat resemble smooth ant mandibles.
Zorc has glowing red eyes with a single slit of black serving as pupils. His teeth jut into his mouth enough to clearly s how where they connect. They are the same color as his horns, just duller. They mesh together perfectly so that his closed mouth reveals the teeth. They are razor sharp.
Zorc has two large demonic wings extending from his back with a large spike at the center peak. While they support flight, his presence and power hardly makes it necessary. Wrapped around his body once is a skeletal draconic snake like entity. Despite the way it is "attached" it is very much part of him and impossible to remove (see Other for explanation on difference from canon). The appendage is quite capable of operating as a fifth limb, and is more than capable of biting and ripping apart anything that gets to close to it.
Weapons
Nyarlathotep doesn't own any weapons in the human sense of the word. Neither of his dominant forms need them, and anything that looks sharp is. He doesn't know how to use human weapons nor does he care to learn.
Abilities/Powers
Nyarlathotep is a demon, first and foremost. He has a whole slew of abilities in regards to that. He has the demonic paranormal ability of flight, his wings serve the purpose of stability, balance, and navigation far beyond the power of flight. He would not be able to fly if the wings were removed, but they have their purpose.
He has a demonic ability to attack from a significant distance. The skill is known as "Chaos Wave", and it allows even a physical hit to reach from two full body reach distances away. He is able to grant this ability to any ally he is standing directly next to, as well. The ability manifests as a black swirl of energy that takes the force of the blow and carries it to the opponent. While the attack can be dodged, it has to be dodged at the time the attack is inflicted. The transfer of energy is instantaneous.
Nyarlathotep also has a significant connection to seven artifacts known as the Millennium Items (see History). If they are kept together, his power grows. This power gain does not fade if the Items are pulled apart. After a certain point, he would be able to access the full of the power he possessed in the Ancient Egypt of the world that Atem and Yuugi hail from. This includes both his form as Zorc Necrophades and his power level, the latter of which he can use even without taking the Zorc form.
Direct possession of any of the Items gives a very large boost to his abilities, but it goes when the Item goes. On the off chance he were to gather all seven, he could immediately pull out their full power and regain his own. On a related note, he is able to use them as well as any human they accept can, if not better.
Skills
Nyarlathotep possesses inhuman speed and strength, and finds it no issue to rip a normal human to shreds. Even those under the effect of something such as a COMP's Harmonizer, he can easily destroy all but the most experienced humans. His species is naturally stronger than many well known demons, but this particular Nyarlathotep is a bit stronger than most due to the results of many fusions. This is his baseline power, the power of the Millennium Items only makes him stronger.
Because he would be unable to fly without the wings, his most basic ability of flight is technically a skill. However, any level of control and ability he has with it fall under abilities for its paranormal origins. Flight in his Zorc form is purely supernatural.
Personality
Nyarlathotep is a sadistic, manipulative, chaos loving demon. There are no two ways around it. He finds it extremely amusing when man corrupts itself, when man allows itself to be corrupted. His idea of humor is watching a serial killer in the act, he enjoys when man acts on its basest nature and dark hidden desires.
He is somewhat easily amused, but his also cunning. He is no fool and does not enjoy being forced into servitude towards anyone. He loves a good dark inside joke and there is far more to the demon than he lets anyone know. Even in a case of an order via a contract, Nyarlathotep is a master of sidestepping a question and answering without answering.
Nyarlathotep enjoys implying he knows things others don't. He enjoys teasing and taunting, and only bows to others at his convenience. He knows things about other worlds that seem odd, but keeps with his nature of sidestepping questions if he is pressured about it. Even his fear of destruction is presented as manipulation, as he in actuality has little fear of being destroyed.
History
Nyarlathotep's history does not begin in his home dimension. His home dimension, in truth, is not his home dimension. Even he does not know all the details, but he is actually a very small piece of a larger entity of another dimension, and his knowledge of other dimensions are a result of his whole self and the pieces scattered throughout the multiverse. His knowledge of things such as Wild Card Persona users come from that connection, even with how little he truly understands it.
Due to some recently gained power increase, he with crystal clear memories of himself in another dimension. About three thousand years ago, he tempted all aspects of the psyche of the man known as Akhenaden, twin brother of the current Pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. He was drawn to the man's weak psyche to begin with. Via his manipulation, the man was able to translate a document that allowed the creation of the Millennium Items. The creation of these Items involved a ritual that managed to give Nyarlathotep a huge boost to power. With their creation, he was able to exert direct influence over the world as a demon known as Zorc Necrophades.
Later his power would allow him to key into a survivor of the massacre that created the Items, a thief who called himself Anpu. The thief willingly gave over his body at Zorc's promise to destroy the current Pharaoh, a "boy king" known simply as Atem, the son of Akhenaden's brother. Zorc continued to manipulate Akhenaden through Anpu, and eventually events fell into place that let him surface in the world. Atem would end up making the ultimate sacrifice to seal both himself and Zorc into two of the Items. Three thousand years later, a small piece of Zorc lacking in memories would possess a boy named Ryou Bakura (see Bakura's application for full details).
When Atem managed to regain his name, fuse the Phantom Gods, and destroy him, that piece of Zorc vanished. The risk remained that he could resurface as long as the Items remained in existence. That should not have been a problem, for Atem was meant to seal them... he never got the chance.
When a man from another world named Naoya fused a series of demons together, another aspect of himself was "called" into being from that mass that makes up his whole self. Entered directly into a contract with the memories and knowledge of the dimension he was summoned to as a result of all the demons that preceded his fusion fodder, he would serve Naoya for a solid month and a half. A common "servant" for the man to summon, he watched as Abel fell into darkness and Cain discarded the pretense of Naoya he had showed the world.
It was he who gave the man that would come to be known as Cain the information on the lost Bel. After Cain sent the teenager he knew as his brother Abel to the world known as Dimension Island, he was within Cain's COMP as he went as well. In that world, he began to harass the teen known as Souji with nothing short of amusement. He knew why Souji had come to this world with his connection to his whole self, he knew of the Wild Cards and had a special dislike for them.
He was released from his contract by Cain a bit after the newly crowned King Abel took hold of the building that would become known as the Palace of Bel. However, he had developed an amusement in observing the General, and said General showed no care if Nyarlathotep remained. While he is not under contract to obey Cain any longer, he is still the favored demon of the man and could be called his direct subordinate.
It only made sense, then, that when the King of Bel and his court returned to the Island, he was brought along. He more than looks forward to meeting up once more with the teenager known as Souji and beginning to subtly taunt the one known as Minato. However, he would eventually be tempted the the true king of demons, none other than Lucifer himself. Eventually he answered to the summons of the fallen angel, deserting Abel's court.
Little more happened from there... at least until Atem managed to get the seven Millennium Items back into one place. Their proximity awakened the piece of himself that had originated in Atem's home world. The power boost was minimal, but he regained the memories of that piece of himself. Now Nyarlathotep has found Atem's group of far more amusement then he has had in a while... and he seeks to regain the power of Zorc he once lost.

SO. MUCH. WANKING. It was FF's idea, not mine! I just put on the fine touches! He applies to two franchises due to the wank that combines them. XD
In regards to his appearance, I chose to go with the bunkoban (updated rerelease) manga. I've included that as one of the images. Zorc uses my standard mixed canon, although I'll admit some ideas were taken from the Egypt arc of the manga.
