Physical Description: Chloe's a brunette with an "M" of silver hair up front. She's rarely seen without her large black jacket, and has a red(?) shirt underneath.

Abilities/Powers: She's average.
Skills: She seems to be a gourmet... but that's just a hunch due to her dangerous eating habits.
Personality: She acts tough and loses her temper at the drop of a hat (not to mention she's a conclusion jumper), and tends to be a bit rough and unforgivable.
History: Mackenzie's best friend, Chloe hears something about a case and acts like her rival. constantly she's off kilter, and her advice is rarely useful, but Mackenzie can solve cases even with the hinderance. She's a serious trouble maker to the point of being afraid of certain adults, but otherwise she has good intentions.
Other: It's unknown if she has any money on her, so chances are she'll end up working at a place she ate at. Also, I just now noticed, but Mack, Penelope and Chloe seem similar to the Eds.
