Physical Description: He looks like a humanoid comprised of altering sparks and electricity, with gloves where his hands should be, boots where his feet should be, and an all concealing mask. *no eye holes* A cape also floats near his back, providing needed covor from those he might give heart attacks.
Weapons: He prefers to watch from a distance, his only gift given to the side he chooses being the hyper stone, the most powerful, and dangerous gem of its characteristics. once activated, even if it's an accident, it envelops the user, then causes a brilliant flash of golden light, giving the activator supreme and powerful ability... enough to outmatch the chaos emeralds by 1.5.
Abilities/Powers: He can vanish, and he's immune to harm. Not that hurting him is an option... ZZZRT!
Skills: bending someone to do as he sees fit.
Personality: He's nice, calm, collective... something about this makes even impatient people stay and listen, especially once he mentions a reward.
History: An average man at one point in time, the world was always against him and nothing went his way. That's when he discovered the hyper stone, a powerful trinket that gave temporary bursts of superhuman ability... at a serious cost. He relied on it, forced another burst after his first, countlessly activating it, burst after burst after golden, shadow shimmering burst. the very last time he called on its power, he died... and was reborn afterward as Master phantom, becoming exactly what he had wanted; pure, corruptive energy. He's traveled all of reality, been to the edge of the world and back again, and can not be harmed or harm, making him all powerful and weak, all at the same time. eventually, as he was searching for a realm that would perhaps need his hyper stone in order to profit a needed result (too many worlds had super humans, weaker magic gems, and plumbers with power-ups), it somehow slipped his grip, going in what could only be defined as "an unknown direction," landing somewhere on the Dimensional island.
