Physical Description
Prince Rose is a very... pretty young man. He has fair white skin and vivid blue eyes of the narrow attractiveness one might expect of a bishounen, although they are a bit more youthful than would be seen as standard. He has long teal colored hair that hangs down to the back of his knees. It has a rather stylistic and fluffy flair that is the widest at the bottom, swooping inwards until it comes behind his ears. His bangs are one major piece, very fluffy and seem windswept to the left. Coming up from his head, just past where the bang ends are fluffy black cat ears. They actually begin just past where normal human ears would end, but his hair conceals it. He also has a long black cat's tail coming out from the back of his pants. it is fluffier at the end than at the base.
Rose's main outfit is predominantly yellow and split into several parts. His shirt piece has a tall collar and the edges are lined in white. It ties shut via three dark green ties, the lowest one being just above the flat bottom of the front of his shirt. They are held in place on either side by a white rose shape clasp piece. The back of the shirt hangs down like a tuxedo's coat tails might, and are a bit on the long side what with coming down to his knees. A stenciled orange rose shape is on the center of each of the two tails.
At his collar bone he has a stylized rose brooch, the petals pointing slightly up. At the center of the brooch is a large green gem. Hanging from it is an orange hankerchief like piece, of the sort of fashio commonly seen in noble dress. His "sleeves" consist of a wide orange piece coming from where a sleeve should. It in fact resembles what a shawl might. It comes down to just above his elbows and is bordered in white, although it has a bit of difference from the other white borders in that its rippled like the edge of a flowerpetal stencil might be. He has no sleeves aside from this. He has short white gloves with rose-like lacing at the edge, which flares out a bit past his wrist.
Rose's pants are rather poofy at the bottom and yellow just like the majority of his shirt. He wears orange shoes that resemble boots but without the tall top. They are folded over at the top with a sort of v-shape near the front. The edges are all white and there seems to be a very slight wide heel to them. On top of the front of either boot is a stenciled white rose shape. Coming from his back, attached under his hair right between his shoulder blade by three rose clip that resembles his brooch (the outer two are smaller) is a cape like piece. THe cape is orange and plain for the most part, although the bottom has wide ripples with a stenciled white rose shape in the center of each ripple.
Rose has large rose earrings that resemble his brooch but except they are rounder and of a more practical size for earrings. He has a small but tall gold crown (it's a good two inches tall) that somehow sits directly center on his head. The front and back have a simplified version of his rose brooch and to either side is a large red gem. The top of the crown has for distinct points, one directly above each gem piece.
Weapons
Rose fights, when he can be bothered, with a large Japanese folding fan that is mainly yellow in color. An orange tassle hangs from the bottom. The fan is most commonly used folded up to smack people over the head for annoying him, but it seems more than capable of enlarging itself for the pure purpose of comic relief. It never does this in an actual fight. Where he keeps it is somewhat of a mystery, and he is known for pulling it out for a comical gender reversal version of how female characters have been using hammerspace in Japan for quite some time.
When unfolded, the fan has a small white border and a large orange stenciled rose in the center. This stenciled rose is on the same position of either side. The fan also serves a very practical purpose of cooling him down in hot weather.
Abilities/Powers
Rose can use a variety of abilities that he hasn't had much chance to show off being such a minor character in his setting. He is good with status effect magic of various sorts. He is also able to cast spells that enhance his ally's performance in a fight such as increasing their base speed or other such things. He is able to summon up rose petals for a variety of attacks and is quite good at throwing a single rose as a distraction much in the manner of Tuxedo Kamen from the Sailor Moon anime.
Skills
When it comes to designing things, Rose is your man. However, he seems to only do well with things that would be considered either very "gay" or very girly. This skill seems to have no limit to application, so he can decorate a room or design an outfit. He is quite good at dancing (and gets miffed when his partner can't). He can't cook his way out of a paper bag but he has a very scrutinizing eye for quality.
Personality
Rose knows he is pretty and flaunts it like he is going out of style. He is straight, but it isn't something that you could tell from some of his mannerisms. He isn't the nicest person in the world, although he's a lot nicer than his rather catty behavior tends to imply. He's rather jealous of the attention Prince Strawberry of the Mushroom Kingdom gets.
He'll put up mock complaints about a situation quite frequently, but when push comes to shove he's pretty capable. He's not as caring as Strawberry is by a long shot, but he does stand for a lot of the same things he does. Which of course is a point of endless annoyance for the Sarasaland Prince.
History
Rose hasn't gotten a lot of time out on the field adventuring. Some alien showed up once in his kingdom and decided it was a great idea to kidnap him. Some blond Nekojin named Mariya ended up saving him, but the personality of the carpenter girl greatly annoyed Rose. He showed up in Mushroom Kingdom and ended up helping the younger sister of Mariya, a carpenter named Lucy, in some completely drab sports event. From then on he has been spending far more time in Mushroom Kingdom, and has developed a sort of accord with Lucy.
This basically means he scares the crap out of her, really.

Due to the canon rules I don't need to reserve Daisy, I just won't let anyone have her cause I have plans for her. I've gotten permission from NN1 for Prince Strawberry, Peach's counterpart. Please ask me and Edge if you can get a character from this setting, its ended up as our own little AU Crack pet project here. XD
