Full Name: Clockwork
Nicknames: N/A
Age: Ageless/Undefined
Height: Varies
Weight: Varies
Gender: Arguably N/A, uses masculine terms
Race: Spirit (often called Ghost)
Alliance: True Neutral
Home: Unknown (Argued by some to be Ghost Zone)
Franchise: Danny Phantom
Physical Description
Heavily varies due to Abilities/Powers. He can appear roughly a baby, a child, a teenager, a young man, an old man, and anything and everything before and inbetween. However, there do seem to be a few uniting traits in that his ages are of the same being. His young man appearance seems to be considered his "main" by most.
This form is of a sort of neon electric blue ghost figure. He wears a violet tunic top and has a smooth black belt around where his waist would be if his lower body wasn't just a stream of energy as ghosts are commonly depicted as. Hanging from the center of the belt is a pocketwatch. Over his shoulders is a purple cloak, and on his left upper chest is a black brooch shaped like a gear or cog. He also has purple gloves on that fall just short of his elbows. He has black bands on each of them, and most of those bands have watches on them, making them wristwatches as opposed to plain bands.
On his chest appears to be a cutout that reveals clockwork mechanisms. The "door" as it is has a purple border. Hinges and a slight handle are visible, with the hinges being on his right. His cloak doesn't quite hang down as low as his "tail", and if you look close at him front he front, his head doesn't seem to be attached to his body, as if it is floating. His eyes are straight red and bordered in thick black, and over his left eye is a stylized black lightning bolt. It comes up under his hood so it is unclear where it starts.
Clockwork also has a staff. It has a handle that is a similar color as his skin and comes to a stylized stop watch design, with a purple border and a face the same color as his skin. The handles are black. The watch seems to hover between a kind of "claw" shape made by the top of the staff, which has some dark purple and violet designs. It rises out of a thick round piece that is purple in the center and violet at the top and bottom edges.
This appearance stays roughly the same between the various age appearances. It is just that he seems to be a different age.
Weapons
Clockwork doesn't really have weapons, although his staff could be argued to have some purpose beyond apeparance. He is also in possession of a handful of gold medallions that protect anybody or anything in possession of one from his powers. These are not easy to get a hold of due to his Abilities/Powers.
He is in possession of a thermos that holds the dark future of a young man he met at one point in one world. It is a ghost/spirit/entity that was ripped apart from the human hosting him and is extremely powerful. Enough so that in his original and now non-existant timeline, he almost destroyed the world and forced a forcefield to be put up around the last city able to withstand his assault.
Abilities/Powers
Clockwork is a spirit/ghost (actually being...) of time, and has control and mastery over things relating to it. He can manipulate it with full mastery, which is quite overpowered but his personality and tendency to not directly interfere brings a sort of balance to it. He seems to know everything, but it is more a matter of knowing all possible choices. Free will does throw a wrench into it, and his omniscience is actually a knowledge of all possibilities, not knowledge of what WILL be.
He can also teleport, and its not limited to places. He can appear anywhere, at any time, in any world. He can take people with him wherever he goes as well as send them around by themselves. As a "ghost" insofar as they are considered in the world where he encountered Danny Phantom, he can fly and turn intangible. He can clone himself and effect the appearance and weapons of his clones.
Skills
Clockwork really doesn't have a lot in the way of skills. One could argue he is good at annoying people, predicting people, and manipulating people but it is a direct result of his pseudo-omniscience. He knows all possibilities and the most likely possibilities and will on ccasion act to change the choices he thinks will be made. He is quite skilled in a fight, but again, that is because of his knowledge of all possibilities.
Personality
Clockwork is very calm. Rather annoyingly so to most mortals. Rather infuriatingly so to most non mortals as well. His psuedo-omniscience really makes him hard to predict. However, extended interactions with him does seem to make something clear. He cares about free will, and doesn't believe anything is predestined. When called in to force occurances to happen, he shows his rather fickle nature. He takes orders from no one, instead pushing things towards the better outcome.
He seems to admire the trait of predestiny being changable, and he has a far greater mischevious streak than most people realize. He actually gets some enjoyment out of causing people to bash their heads bloody or confusing folks. He does care about outcomes, but it isn't often obvious. His motivations are unclear, but if you strip all the layers away it is simply a desire to show that nothing is fated.
History
No one knows when Clockwork was born, no one knows when he'll die. In theory he has always been there, in some form or another, in one world or another. A universe probably existed before this one, and in theory he was there as well. At one point in the untrackable times of the infinite worlds, he appeared before a young man at the bequest of a class of beings known as Watchers. He was to put the world back on its proper track. He instead acted to show that the future is never set in stone. His actions would prevent a dark future and put him in guardianship of that same boy from a now destroyed timeline.
More recently, he has expressed control over a series of people that confused their sense of time. His motivations for it are as unclear as anything else...
Other
CAN YOU SAY OVERPOWERED? However, he's only for a plot with me and Jilak, and has been discussed before. I do nothing with him that all RPers do not approve. And he doesn't know all, only all possibilities, or so says my fanon due to canon implications. XD
