Physical Description
Cain does not look eight. He looks like a man of indeterminable age in an eight year old's body. He is almost never seen without at least a somber frown, and scowls seem quite common. His black eyes betray an intelligence far beyond his apparent years. He has short black hair that seems a little uncombed most of the time. His bangs aren't all that pronounced, but they do fray a bit while just avoiding falling into his eyes.
When it comes to outfits, Cain tends to prefer mid-length sleeves and pants, usually in darker colors. He can usually be seen in black tennis shoes, more due to ease of aquirement for his age than actual preference.
Weapons
Cain is often in possession of a small and easily concealable bladed weapon, but he isn't fond of using it. Given his plans and schemes, it worked better for him to remain out of the attention of any authority figure or person who could potentially turn him in... which is most of the society he comes from.
Abilities/Powers
The only thing Cain has that falls outside of potential human norm is a curse that is rather the inconvenience. Basically, he remembers every life he ever lived, granting him over five thousand years of clear memories. If he is killed, he will be reborn as an infant and regain the memories at about four years of age.
Different than previous incarnations is that he now has the memory of differing timelines. It isn't anything that breaks him as there is a clear division, but he remembers a world where the King of Bel revolted against YHVH and one where he bowed down to that being and turned away from him.
Skills
An eight year old with the strategizing ability to put just about any other human to shame probably qualifies. He is excellent at battle strategy and manipulating people, and he is not afraid to use his appearance as a child as a tool. He's also well versed in torture, but doesn't use it much. He's remarkably good at remaining under the radar and tends to quickly gain an understanding of all the underworld places in an area.
He's rather skilled at computer programming, although that skill has become less useful as the will of YHVH has caused people to live more within their means and being less reliant on such things. Although it does make him almost indescribably more skilled at it than most of humanity in his world, he would be noticably above average on the Island.
Cain is able to use an innumerable variety of weapons... although his size makes many impractical. He just doesn't have the raw strength of an adult, despite being more fit and powerful than your average eight year old. He greatly perfers small concealable weapons or more subtle things such as poison.
He is multilingual enough that a better term may be panlingual, and he can speak at least conversational in every dominant language in history. His most natural language appears to be Japanese, but that is a result of a few lives worth of usage. He can also speak Infernal, the language of the demons, with skill better than most humans.
Personality
Cain is manipulative and uncaring. He doesn't give a damn about who he mows over for his goals, and his only concern is avoiding being caught by those in power. He has a dark and downright creepy wisdom, only compounded by his physical age. He knows things some would say people should not know at any age, let alone his. He seems to be motivated by festering hate and little else. He can and will turn on you at the drop of a hat. He believes one should use people when they are convenient, and then discard them when it not longer is.
History
Cain is considered in myth to be the first murderer in history. He killed his brother Abel under the impression that YHVH hated him. He was cursed to be reborn countless times with the memories of every life he'd lived. He used this time to plot revenge. He decided that turning YHVH's most loved child, Abel, against him would be the proper form of revenge.
In one world, one side of his memories, his plans came to fruition. He became the General of Bel under the King of Bel and served Abel as faithfully as he would anyone. He would eventually be killed by the twin of his younger brother, a boy named Seth who had been born as Keiji. This was the result of an attack at the hands of Hitoshura and Lucifer in response to some of Abel's actions.
In another world, his attempts at manipulating the teenager he considered his brother failed. He took the Crown of Bel and bowed to YHVH. As the Messiah, he and YHVH would work together to create an utopia as the deity envisioned it. It was in this world that YHVH's mechanisms caused the Cain of the world where his plans had succeeded to be reborn. He had memories of both paths, and it only furthered his hatred of YHVH (who would claim if asked that it was intended to show Cain the perfec t world Abel had created).
Upon regaining his memories, a four year old Cain ran away from home. He was aware from the memories of the Cain of this world that Abel had killed him multiple times for his attempts at revolting. Every time, every time he had acted pained and showed signs of not wanting to take his life. It was worse this life, because somehow or another YHVH had managed to combine two memories. Cain knew that he'd succeeded... and that world had been taken from him. In any case, he attempted to remain out of Abel's radar, his plans to overthrow both YHVH and His Messiah continuing in ernest.
Things were going as well as they could until he encountered a demon he knew all too well. Loki was able to puzzle out the situation. Quite a bit of amused teasing about a place he just might be safe from YHVH and the brother that had betrayed him took place, and eventually Loki would make his point by jetisonning Cain to another world... Dimension Island, where the Abel who had revolted against YHVH still inhabited.

Technically a revamp, and confirmed by another mod cause I wasn't sure. This is a revamp of my previous Cain which was a revamp of Naoya Kimura. Part of a delicious plot twist a misinterpretation of a question birthed.
I have no images, but I based his appearance on Izaya of Durarara!! - This is an inside joke relating to an artist. He looks more or less like a young Izaya with a permanent case of the grumps.
