Physical Description (True Form)
Loki is a rather tall humanoid with the build of a gymnast or swimmer. His skin is ice blue, although a lot of the left side of his face is a sort of flesh toned red. His ares are straight black and angled down, and his face seems to be in the expression of a near constant smirk of arrogant mischief. His hair is very pale blond and mid length in the back. His bangs merely consist of a pointed bit that comes down to his forehead. He has two extremely large strands of hair that hang down to where to just above the ground if he were to stand, which he is rarely seen doing.
His outfit appears to be a purple bodysuit. Silver buckles appear to be what keep it closed, starting just above his groin and going up to his neck. The top buckle is undone and reveals that his upper chest is ice blue as well. Around his ankles and lower wrists are silver metal bracers. His shoes are curled into a point like a jester's shoe might be. His hands aren't exposed, instead being covered ty bhe pruple bodysuit.
From his back are two bat-like wings with tall crooked tops. They seem fairly tattered and have a far greater range of motion than one might first assume. They are actually attached via a long rather flexible strand of muscle that allows a near 180 degree range ofmotion.
Physical Description (Human Form)
Loki... doesn't really have a standard one. He can pretty much appear however the hell he wants. However, there is one he is best known for is probably the one that lasted about seven days over a century back. It is of a somewhat tall and slimly muscled human. He has fairly short black hair as well as a small goatee at the bottom of his chin.When in this form, he is usually seen wearing a rather hard ot miss purple suit.
But as mentioned, he can pretty much look like however he wants (including across species), so it comes down to a fairly moot point.
Weapons
Loki is never seen in possession of a weapon. He literally has no need for one.
Abilities/Powers
Bottom line: Norse god of mischief. He has the ability to clone himself, take any shape he wishes (although he never seems to take female forms), and immensely strong ice based magic in relation to his ice giant ancestry. He's fairly strong in demonic powers, but he doesn't often flex them given how easily he becomes bored.
Skills
Loki's fairly manipulative, and he can keep a secret like no one's business... when its convenient to him. He seems to have a knack for finding trouble, although half of that is cause he's known for causing it. He seems capable of speaking any language he chooses, as a result of his observation of humans. He's often in possession of any skills he might need, also in relation to his observation of humans.
Personality
Loki is basically a five year old who throws violent temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way. Violent meaning he's not unlikely to try to kill you if you've uspet him. Luckily, he gets bored extremely easily so he may just decide you're not worth his time anymore... in his case it isn't a sign he feels intimidated, he's honestly just bored. He's drawn to disasters and chaos like a moth to flame, and he loves observing how things spiral. While he heads into tantrums when he doesn't get his way, he tends to be fine with any number of options... he's all about not being bored. If you amuse him, he's happy.
He is quite manipulative and vindictive as all hell towards people that don't "play" the way he wants. He holds grudges rather well, but once he feels you've been "punished" he usually completely abandons said grudge. He is rather fond of messing with people... and is known for flipping out if you don't react right.
History
Loki's history more or less follows the route of mythology until 2009 in one world, when a push by Lucifer sent the War of Bel into its final stages. Given his past associations with one of the members of the War as well as one of the main string pullers being one of his favorite humans to harass, he found interest in messing around in the proceedings. It was his interference that gave young Keiichi Kimura the knowledge he needed to defeat Beldr.
When it became clear that Keiichi was going to take the Throne of Bel... only to turn it over to YHVH, Loki decided to drop in and cause a bit of final trouble. The fight involved therein revealed to Keiichi that his cousin was Cain, the first murderer. After Keiichi defeated him, the made a few passing comments about the situation before vanishing. While he had not technically bowed to the future King of Bel, he had made it pretty clear he would stay more or less out of his way.
That... didn't last very long. Loki would pop up from time to time and cause problems, but he always ran before the King of Bel and Messiah of God could finish things. Recently he had a run in with an eight year old child and after a series of interested interactions he realized that the boy was Cain reborn... from another world as well as this one. The memories had combined, obviously by interference by YHVH. Loki decided to have a little fun with this, and jetisoned Cain to the world the previous life of one of his memory sets had been killed in. He fled to that world once Abel followed him... after all, he wouldn't miss this show for the world.
