Physical Description
Kyubey is an absolutely adorable white creature with strong resemblances to a cat with a long and fluffy fox tail. His ears are a bit oversized and have pink insides, with a rabbit like ear coming from deep within each. The ears tends to float up and flare a bit and has three prongs at the end instead of the one you would expect from a rabbit. There is no discernable inside. The rabbit ear pieces fade to light pink, and the top of them have three red dots. Around each ear is a gold halo-like piece that seems to remain their of its own power.

Kyubey has two round pink eyes with a dark pink center that function as pupils. They seem almost glued on because they never change their angle. He has a cute "3" mouth, which never seems to move. On his back is a dark pink egg shape border of noticable thickness. This can actually "open up" as if on a hinge and seems to function as a sort of mouth for Kyubey.

Of special note is that while Kyubey is quite capable of talking, his mouth never moves. He has no expressions, either. For all extensive purposes his face seems to be that of a stuffed animal. This has been known to creep people out.

Abilities/Powers
Kyubey's main power is the power granted to him as an Incubator, the ability to grant special adolescent girls one wish in exchange for becoming a Puella Magi to fight demons, incarnations of curses that only those capable of using magic can see. The presence of these living curses is harmful to the existance of the universe as well as humans - because they can't be seen by most, their curses can effect without prevention. It is a Puella Magi's task to fight them. The one wish can be anything (more or less, there are some minor limitations such as "no rebuilding the universe" and whatnot relating to the potential power of the Puella Magi) and is given in exchange for a lifetime of fighting - and if one uses up their power, they vanish from existance, the "ultimate fate of all Puella Magi".

He is also able to function as a telepathic relay between any Puella Magi or any with the potential to form a contract to be one - and on the Island, any one who can use significant magic. He seems capable of stepping in and out of any place as he wishes, despite the distance. He also does not seem capable of being killed. If you were to kill him, a new Kyubey would whow up moments later and eat the old one. It is implied that he does have a limit to bodies, but each time he eats an old one it is added back to his pool. If you are to destroy one of his bodies completely, it would also be added back to his pool.

On a similar note to his telepathic abilities, Kyubey can not be seen by anyone except Puella Magic (current or potential) or those who can use significant magic.

He doesn't really have any.

Personality
None. That is to say, he is a creature of pure logic - moreso than even a Vulcan, whose culture has taught them to control their emotions, Kyubey has none. He in fact finds it difficult to grasp things such as love, hatred, anger, and joy. He is not manipulative, simply tends to omit information he is not inquired about. Efficiency comes above all else, because that is all there is. He does at least attempt to grasp things such as human emotion, but he never quite succeeds.

History
Kyubey is one of several Incubators that have come to the planet of Earth to offer contracts to adolescent girls to allow them to become Puella Magi. The purpose of this is to slow the entropy of the universe - the bit of joy and hope released when a teenage girl makes a wish slows the universe's rate of decay. It certainly doesn't stop it, and the universe is destined to collapse eventually, but it does slow it. In exchange for the wish, they must fight the demons of curses that speed the universe's entropy.

He has offered contracts to several girls within the country of Japan, most of which work in a team now. Due to the high concentration of emotional species on the Island, it's presence in the multiversal aspect of the universe is speeding the decay... and no Puella Magi are present upon the Island. So Kyubey has popped in to the Island to see if he can recruit some. While capable of leaving at any time due to his racial abilities, he doesn't seem inclined to until he can set up some Puella Magi on Dimensional Island.
