Physical Description
Boom Boom has had an appearance overhaul in the past twenty years. Originally he wore a green, spiky shell on his back- now he wears an average Red shell with few gimmicks attached. One thing that hasn't changed is his general appearance: He's a huge lug of a Koopa, with big thick arms and sturdy legs. His head is bald, which accompanies huge angry eyes, Bowser-like mouth, and two fangs sticking up out of his mouth.

Abilities/Powers
Boom Boom is a very rare brand of koopa- He's one of the rare variety with the ability to (semi) shape shift. He's been abl to sprout wings in the past, and shows prominence in other koopa powers as well. Another obvious one is his ridiculous strength; those arms could knock the very forts he gaurded to the ground.
Skills
He makes a pretty good gaurd. Nothing tends to get past this lookout.
Personality
Boom Boom is a complete dope of a Koopa with an obvious grudge toward anything that moves. He's about as smart as a grape, but that doesn't stop him from knowing the difference between allies and enemies. it makes you wonder, though...
History
Boom Boom's whole life was being raised up in Dark Land at Bowser's Castle. Despite obvious failure at intelligence, he was more than able to floor just about anything Bowser wanted him to fight. Which, of course, gave Bowser an idea. He sent Boom Boom toward any fortress that the Marios would be approaching, and he put up a serious fight in each one. However, his constant failures didn't sit well with Bowser, who must've given him some form of punishment for his failures, as he wasn't seen again for almost 22 years.
Not much is currently known, but Boom Boom has been spotted in a few Airships surrounding the MK, which might mean something...
Other
It's hinted at that Boom Boom May be a species, not an individual. Doesn't help that he resembles Bowser and his kids, so this mystery may not get solved anytime soon.
