Full Name: Unknown
Nickname: The name she goes by is Inozuka
Age: Unknown (Age appearance is variable)
Height: Variable
Weight: Variable
Gender: Variable
Race: Ditto
Alliance: Lawful Evil (Fiercely loyal to Team Rocket)
Home: Kanto Region
Franchise: Pokemon OC
Physical Description
Like Leslie after all, Inozuka doesn't have a true corperal form. She can shift into anything she desires, thus making her the perfect stealth warrior. She has never returned to her natural Ditto form ever since the day she shifted into a human. Nor does she need to shift to much of anything else considering her perfected state. However, much like Leslie, there is no way to post a complete physical description to one who can shapeshift.
Weapons
Also similar to Leslie, she doesn't keep weapons. If they're there, they're there. But she needs them even less then him.
Abilities/Powers
The perfected test specimen, Inozuka can use any Pokemon move without even shifting to the shape of the Pokemon she is copying. This allows her to be more practical in combat, only shifting when the time calls for it. There are limitations though. She will have to shift various parts of her body anyway when it comes to such moves. After all, a human with no wings cannot "Fly," nor can they "Dig" without the proper claws. She's not God, after all, she can't just do anything. But those moves that involve powers of the mind or of the body, not soaring through the skies or traveling through the ground, can be used well enough. Her favorite ability seems to be Metronome, however. She is a bit of a gambler when it comes to that.
Skills
Inozuka can mimic humanity perfectly, thus she can cook, clean, speak, and all of that fun stuff. She is also a good Pokemon scientist, though her allegiances lie with the wrong people and the wrong idea of science.
Personality
Inozuka appears emotionless to people she doesn't know. She couldn't care less for people or the world as a whole. When it comes to working or defeating enemies, however, she has a sadistic demeanor around her. Having been raised by Team Rocket, she is not mind controlled by them, but has instead been bred to be a master thief of Pokemon and carries out her duties with a huge smile upon her face. She tends to get giddy in combat, giggling as she destroys her opponents without a single care in the world. However, she has never killed unless allowed to. The one time she killed... well that's for the history, is it not? However, it does not phase her like it should, proving how absolutely sick she has become.
History
During the testing upon Ditto, before it was dropped during the time of Leslie, a couple of specimens were perfected and thus sent to be raised by Team Rocket executives. One of them, Inozuka, was trained in the arts of combat and science ever since she hit the age of five in human years. In her life, there was no room for error and any falters were met with torture. It broke her mind, but she did get better and soon the tortures stopped and were instead met with rewards. Thus Inozuka began to feel that Team Rocket was the place for her.
However, Team Rocket had to go undergrounded when a trainer by the name of Gold defeated Giovanni once and for all, after his already humiliating loss to another trainer named after a bloody color, a.k.a. Red. This did not halt their experiments completely, though it did slow them down, but Inozuka was given her name and sent to work on forced evolution. Though her experiments came by well enough, she craved a bigger challenge, thus she decided to capture and force the mother of all evolving Pokemon, an Eevee.
Capture one she did from a boy who she had never met before. And though he had chased her down in an attempt to get it back, she had already completed the experiment and forcibly evolved the Eevee with all stones. However, the experiment was a dud, as forcing it to evolve in all evolution paths caused a catastrophic failure with its internal organs. In the end, it was dying slowly and painfully, so the poor trainer had to put it down himself. This did not cause Inozuka to feel regret, however, and she actually revelled in it. That was her biggest mistake.
The boy had transformed into a Ninetails right before her eyes. And before she could do anything, he proceeded to destroy the labs. Scientists tried to escape, but the boy-turned-Pokemon did not let a single person survive that night except for her. She fought back, using her training and experience to overcome him, but his primal rage kept him going strong, so in the end, she escaped and got away with her life. However, she lost her family and her group in the process.
Now she wanders, aiming to get her revenge. The ironic thing is that boy, who now wandered by the name of Leslie Scott, aimed to do the same thing. Two different people with different mindsets wandered to meet each other in a battle to the death. But this did not stop Ino's experiments as she continued to, in her off time, capture and force evolution onto other Pokemon. She wishes to find another Eevee and do the same to it even.
