As a trainer, he tends to have his Pokemon fight for him, but he is capable of hand-to-hand combat.
Abilities/Powers Max is a completely ordinary human, and a s such doesn’t have any mystical powers worth mentioning.
Skills Max is reasonably intelligent, and is also a good Pokemon Trainer to boot.
Personality His personality is best described as ‘mild’. He tends to be the voice of reason with his friends. He also deeply cares about his Pokemon, which he practically regards as siblings to him. His one fault, however, is the fact that he’s almost always hungry. That and the fact that he absolutely LOATHES his whole name, preferring to be called Max instead.
History Max was born to two employees of Sylph Co. in Kanto. When he was five, his family was transferred to Johto. When he became fourteen, he set out on his own journey with his first Pokemon, a Buizel (a present from his aunt in Sinnoh). During his travels, he ran into Jaron Roxai and Kaitlin Roslyn, and the three of them became good friends. While he traveled with them, he came a across an Eevee and a Riolu (nicknamed James), both of which joined the trio.
Nowadays, he’s with Kaitlin on Dimensional Island looking for Jaron, who went there looking for K. Raleigh (a man who gave them all sorts of trouble in the past) and disappeared.
Other 1. He’s had a bit of a crush on Kaitlin for a while now, but he’s terrified of telling her. Jaron is the only one who’s aware of it.
2. His goal in life is to become a Pokemon Professor.

Buizel is a lot like Kaitlin in that she tends to act like a bit of a tomboy. Her temper isn’t as nearly as fierce, though. Out of all of Max’s Pokemon, she’s the one most willing to fight others.

She’s also Max’s first Pokemon: She was a gift from his aunt in Sinnoh.
She and Kaitlin tend to get along perfectly.

Erin is a kind Eevee that always tries to avoid conflict. She dislikes fighting, but if she has to she will, especially if it’ll help her friends.
She's not fond of the idea of evolving, due to the fact she's not entirely sure which evolution she wants to be.

Erin actually belonged to Jaron at first, having adopted her, but because he wasn’t a trainer he passed ownership on to Max. Even so, she and Jaron got along perfectly before he disappeared.
