Physical Description (Atropos)
Mother Brain uses the body of one of her robots, aquired shortly after arrival on the Island. As a result of this, her usual appearance and Atropos' are one and the same.
Atropos is a very tall and fairly bulky humanoid robot. While being humanoid, it is unlikely the robot would be mistaken for human by even her shadow. Her outer appearance consists of a lot of banged up and worn bright pink metal plating with various steel parts exposed. She also has a lot of polished silver metal and sturdy purple "sheathing" over areas of her body with joints
Atropos' arms are long, giving her a rather odd appearance when she runs. Her right arm is constructed similar to a human and and has full functionality in that regard. her left arm has a broken gun-like system built into it. It is useless at the moment. She has areas of worn and torn leather dark purple leather sticking out from her waist area, which is just bent in enough to give an attempt at an hourglass figure - it doesn't succeed very well.
Her entire construct has a bit of a worn and abandoned "steam punk" feel to it. This is further accented by the fact that Atropos expels steam if she gets overheated. There is a slight whining noise, however, due to her being somewhat beat up. Her chest plating is split into two parts, but they are caved a bit inward and are unable to split up as they look designed to do.
Her head piece moves up and down when she talks or "laughs", although it is not unknown for sticking. Sticking out from her head piece are two green "lights" that function as her eyes. These flicker a bit, indicating damage. Her metal is all a bit dull and scuffy. Her body is made of a futuristic metal alloy.
Physical Description (Mother Brain)
Mother Brain requires an advanced computer system with super advanced imaging and hologram software to be able to express outside of Atropos' body in a manner she wishes. Even then, her appearance is merely a hologram and the following description only describes her preferred form.
Mother Brain appears as a shimmering prismatic female upper torso with a wide cape over broad sholders. She has long hair and large slanted eyes. The sclera is white, but the pupils have the same shimmer effect as the rest of her body. On her forehead is a gem whose shining is only a bit different than her body. She appears to have a robotic spine coming down from her feminine head and bits of robitc pieces. It's a fair bit on the disturbing side of things. She is capable of pulling the cape forward to hide the disturbing part, but if she was that concerned with what people thought she'd not take such a nightmarish appearance in the first place.
Weapons (Atropos)
These are usable by Mother Brain because she is in control of Atropos' body.
If she were at full functionality, Atropos' entire body would be designed for combat. She's far from it, but with proper repairs she would have rockets built into her body, lasers, localized explosions, and the ability to discharge electricity for attack. She is, however, more than capable of causing significant damage with a tackle.
Her main weapon would be her left arm if it worked right, with a gun that could be interchanged as needed.
Mother Brain herself is merely a sentient AI and thus has no innate weaponry.
Abilities/Powers
As both are robots in one form or another, neither have any "powers". All abilities are listed in Skills.
Skills
Mother Brain has accessed all of Atropos' abilities and memories, and as a result can do with full functionality anything Atropos can do... that isn't hindered by the damage to the body. She is a walking dictionary, although somewhat lacking on anything to do with humor or emotions. She can mimic, but her understanding is limited. She has various standard robotic skills, and her damaged eyes can provide flickering light in the dark. Natively, Atropos has multiple combat and human aiding abilities due to her rocky past in relation to Mother Brain.
Most of her attacks don't work, and thus aren't listed. She is still capable of quite the tackle though, and she weighs a ton.
Personality
If anything of Atropos still remains in the shell, it seems unreachable. Mother Brain, herself, is a calculating entity. She considers humans weak bags of flesh and it is pretty much impossible for her to not blatently look down on them when interacting. She is extremely well versed in human etiquette... she just thinks too highly of machines to bother with it. She's seems congenial and even motherly to other machines, at least until they express an opinion opposite of hers. Even among machines she has a bit of a "better than you streak". She's somewhat selfish and goal orientanted and chases after that. She puts up good facades... as long as she's not trying to fool humans.
She's also quite insane. The repated damage to her AI has actually caused some flopping between this personality and her original more caring side, to the point that she seamlessly flows between the two and has some trouble with logic. She's not entirely predictable.
History
Mother Brain was created as the keeper of Geno Dome a little before the year 2000. She was created with a personality deemed to be helpful and friendly to humans, and oversaw the massive amounts of data in the android line created to serve humans, and developed as a person with a strong enough AI to be considered alive. Not long after her creation, the robots Prometheus and Atropos were made. They managed to fall in love and Mother Brain gave them her blessing.
Until an alien that had been sleeping in the planet since prehistory came up and destroyed the world. The damage caused Mother Brain to malfuction, scrambling her personality and turning her into a controlling entity that felt humans were to weak to live. It wasn't just the post-apocalypse that effected man in the aftermath. She managed to wipe out most of the humans on her continent by brainwashing and controlling the robots she served as the collective AI for. Those few that survived fled. Further malfunctions would split some of the robots away from her, but they remained mostly collectively under her grasp. Prometheus went missing.
At some point Prometheus would return with some humans, and she gave them no slack. She tried to force Prometheus (now going by "Robo") back to her side, and when that failed forced him to fight a brainwashed Atropos. He was forced to destroy her, and the humans defeated Mother Brain... or so they thought. Shortly before her utter defeat, somehow or another a Gate opened in the systems and took the core of the AI that was Mother Brain to another dimension. In some electronic location she managed to gather herself, but it was difficult. She was damaged to a point that effected her personality, and hindered by the electronics she was trapped in.
When Atropos' body showed up, Mother Brain was able to transfer herself into it. The storage space was honestly not that different than what she was dealnig with at the time, and now she had freedom to move... although she wasn't entirely sure what to do with it. Repairs became her first order of business.
