"Shh!" Double D shushed them quickly, then went right back to the movie. "Omigosh... he's a goner..."

Agent Strahm however, was still in pursuit of Jeff, who was probably storming around the factory looking for his daughter. Jeff was Jigsaws main subject during the events of Saw III. Strahm came across the makeshift operating room where Jeffs wife, Lynn, had operated on Jigsaws brain. Jigsaws other apprentice, Amanda was there, too.
Jeff stormed into the room. Lynn, was in her own trap. She was hooked up to a device that would blow her head apart if Jigsaw flatlined during his operation. Jeff had a gun from a previous test with a bullet in it. He shot Amanda in the neck, causing her to slowly die.
"Amanda... It's OK. This was your test." began Jigsaw "Your game. I was testing you. I took you in. I selected you for the honor of carrying on my life's work. But you didn't. You didn't test anyone's will to live. Instead you took away their only chance. Your games were unwinnable, your subjects merely victims. In my desperation I decided to give you one last chance. So I put everything in place. You didn't know that Lynn and Jeff were husband and wife. I had to keep that from you for the purposes of my game. I had to leave out the ruined marriage, the cheating wife, the vengeful husband, the neglected daughter and I let you make your own choices. I wanted you to succeed... You couldn't," Amanda started to die. "God..." Amanda finally died due to blood loss. "Game over" said Jigsaw, not through a tape recorder, but alive and awake during his surgery. Strahm was still following Jeff's path.
"This is getting increasingly weird" said Falco

"You're fucking nuts, dude" said Falco.
Jeff picked up a circular saw and used it to kill Jigsaw. He slashed Jigsaws throat. However, Lynns device activated, blowing her head apart. Strahm entered the room.

Jeff started to flip a little when Strahm entered. "TELL ME WHERE MY DAUGHTER IS!!!" he shouted waving his gun in the air, even though it had no bullets. "Put down your weapon!" commanded Strahm, pulling out his own gun. "TELL WE WHERE MY DAU-" Bang bang. Strahm had shot Jeff twice in the chest, killing him. Jigsaw was right, Strahm indeed killed an innocent man. Hoffman was seen as he slammed the door to the room, locking Strahm inside.

(Now... PLOT TWIST TIME!!!)
It was back in the same autopsy room, from the beginning of the movie, complete with the same patient, John Kramer, a.k.a. the Jigsaw Killer. "Subject's name is John Kramer. 52 year old male; Caucasian. He's seen better days" said the Pathologist. They performed the same routine they did at the beginning of the movie. Same dismembering, same head weighing, same tape in the stomach. "What the hell?" asked one of them as they found a wax covered tape. "Get homicide in here!"
Several officers entered, along with Hoffman. He took the tape, went outside and pushed play on it. "Hello, Hoffman. Congratulations," said Jigsaw "you are the sole survivor, and are therefore my new apprentice. But, just because I'm dead, don't think you won't go untested" The movie ended and the credits started to roll. Apparently Saw IV's events were running alongside with the events of Saw III.
Falco dropped his popcorn when he saw that scene again.

"I cannot believe that," Felix said. Christian sighed and then stood up before pulling the hood over her head. "Not so scary," she said.

"I cannot believe I managed to sit through the whole thing without soiling myself," Double D chuckled as the lights came back on. "I found the experience rather enjoyable."
