"I know," Nazz said in response to Eddy saying that sucked and she managed to say it WITHOUT SOUNDED LIKE A VALLEY GIRL PREP, IN YOUR FACE CARTOON NETWORK!... *cough cough* At Eddy's other response, she gave a soft smile. "Thanks. I appreciate that."

"Cool." Eddy bit his lip. God, he felt like such an idiot. "Um... but..." Okay. Time to be honest. "...I'd be lying if I said you don't look pretty in it. I mean, really pretty. N-not that you don't any other time, I-I think you look pretty all the time, and...!"

Masahiro blushed even further. "You... You think I'm cute?" he asked, seeing as this was the first time Perceval had called him cute.
Nazz smiled softly. "Why thank you... You know, you've changed a lot Eddy. I think being a superhero and hanging out with your friends has definently changed you for the better," she said softly. "I mean... how long has it been since you came up with a scam?"
(I think one of the problems with Eddy/Nazz is that Nazz would be too mature for Eddy's scamming nature, probably why they dumbed her down in the series.)

"...uh..." Eddy was drawing a blank. "...holy crap... I-I can't even remember the last scam I did..." He mocked a gasp. "Have I lost my touch?? Oh, the horror!"
(he's just kidding, btw XD that's what the "mocked" part means)

Masahiro was now drawing a blank here. Oh, the irony at what seemed like the younger being the seme in this relationship, but Masahiro's fingers seemed to come together now, his cheeks red as he tried to come up with something to say.
"Hehehe, it's alright," Nazz chuckled. "I couldn't stand it when you scammed people out of their money, but... when you stopped, I began seeing you in a better light. In fact, I... well, how do I put this...?"

Perceval could only giggle again.
"....." Eddy felt like sinking into the ground in shame. He... didn't really think that way about it... how could he help it? It was how his big brother raised him! To be tough as nails in this dog-eat-dog world!
But, somehow... when he was gifted with superpowers, and had the company of all his companions... especially Nazz... that all seemed to change. Even when he held the toughest persona, at least his motivations were more noble.
Was he really that ugly of a character back then? Had he really let it get so outta control? He was remembering now... all the dispecible things he did... the moments when his own friends questioned their relationship... it was hitting him all at once.
".....aww, man..." Ashamed, he turned away. He couldn't look at her now. Not with this sudden realization. "I...i..."

Masahiro heard Eddy in his shame and began to sweatdrop. ""Ummm... M-Maybe we should move away from here," he suggested.
Oh great, Nazz, what have you done? Idiot! After mentally kicking herself in the... crotch... Nazz walked over to Eddy. "Hey... Come on... I told you already, you've changed... for the better."

Perceval nodded, moving towards the appartment's small balcony door. "Out here is fine. It's a nice day out."
"Yeah, but... b-but all that stupid stuff I did... aww geez..!" His voice was breaking, which was rare for him. And when she got a glance of his face, there was something even rarer... rivers of tears freely flowing from his umber eyes.
"Dammit... how could I have been such an idiot and not even know!?" He felt lower than dirt, lower than scum.
(lol our roles have been switched! Now MY character's depressed and YOURS is in the role of comfort! XD)

"R-Right." With that, Masahiro followered Perceval out onto the balcony with a soft smile on his face.
Nazz... You are now officially an asshole. More mental kicks to the crotch later, Nazz tried something she didn't before... she hugged him. OH MY GOD SHE DID IT!
... Right.
"Don't worry about it, Eddy. It's not like what you've done was unforgivable. You're still a good person, no matter what you've done," Nazz said.
