There was a poke on Ed's back. His salvation. "Let's go," she said softly. She was an elf, fragile in form, but powerful in magic, though she didn't want to get into the confrontation. She had a blindfold over her eyes, however... She had no eyes. If it weren't for that, she would've looked a lot prettier.

A bolt of Lightning came and hit the attackers. The caster was none other than Warcheif Thrall. "Mellena!" He yelled out in the distance. "Get the boy and the man out of there!"

"Wee! Coming!" In a much more delighted mood than before, Ed leaped into the portal.
(not to say Melleana was a bad choice, but shouldn't Felix be taking care of the guy he was assigned to? XD)

Kratos turned back to Black Mage. "Know this, Magician. Only I can removed your immortality." With that, he followed Ed into the portal.

(Meanwhile...)
Felix and Double D were enjoying their romantic getaway... when the white-haired man returned. "Daaah... m-m'lord. What's going on?" Felix asked. "Ed has been attacked. You did not go to him," he replied. Felix's eyes widened. "I... I'm sorry m'lord! I did not mean..." "Do not fret. You were lucky the demon hunter Melleana got to him in time to save him. However, I want no future messups... Your magic has clouded your sense, I see." He placed his hand to Felix's heart and it glowed. He then pulled away. "Now you will feel Ed's pain. It's not much of a punishment considering he usually hardly ever feels any, but you will know when he's attacked... especially when he feels it." With that, the white haired man Felix followed, the man Shinichi had followed, dissapeared.
