Full Name: Harmona Seishuku
Nicknames: Seishuku-san/Ms. Seishuku, Manager, Mona (friends), Harm (if you want her to rage)
Age: 27
Height: ? (Short)
Weight: ? (Average for height)
Gender: Female
Race: Vocaloid (technically)
Alliance: Neutral
Home: Cyberspace
Franchise: Vocaloid Software Series (original character)
Physical Description
Harmona looks only slightly Asian, an indication at the mixed heritage of her design. She is rather under-muscled due to not being one for working out and eating lots of fast food from being busy all the time. She is also rather short, falling just below average height for a Japanese woman. Her eyes are the clearest indication of her mixed heritage, having only a slight epithantic eye-fold going on. They're pretty consistently annoyed looking, but she does have some bangs under them just as often. It indicates the annoyance may be from being tired. They have a dark brown color to them, but its pretty clear they are brown. She does have silver wire-frame glasses on, but they aren't something she needs for anything other than reading. Its just that she reads a lot, and as such tends to always keep them on. There is no frame over the top of the lenses.
Harmona has an extremely small chest, small enough that she'd pretty much have to be in a bikini top for them to be noticeable. She's often mistaken as a guy because of it, especially in combination with her hair cut. Her hair is an ugly shade of flat bronze and cut rather short. Its jagged in the back and doesn't even fall halfway down her neck. Her bangs are a bit longer, ruffled and pointed a bit, hanging over her left eye. It almost (but not quite) conceals it when she is facing directly forward. She doesn't appear to spend much time on it. She's almost always scowling, but just like her irritated gaze could be passed off as not getting enough sleep.
Unlike the real and officially recognized fan Vocaloids, her "stage" outfit and usual outfit are one and the same. She dislikes "casual" clothing or anything that would make her seem unprofessional. As such she is always seen in some suit or another. She seems to loathe the skirt variety as well. Her usual outfit is a dark grey pants suit with metallic copper colored buttons. The jacket is always buttoned to the top, although the collar is a bit larger than normal. The shirt underneath is also a button type, white with light grey plastic buttons and silver cuff-links, always buttoned. She wears a light grey tie as well, but keeps it tucked under her shirt. Her pants are unimpressive, and she wears black boots.
The most noticeable feature of her suit are the sleeves. They flare out a bit wider than usual in the standard Vocaloid fashion, and have a display on the side of them. They use white, silver, copper, and a touch of gold. They almost look like some kind of computer chip wiring, but are purely for show. She is usually seen with a heavy duty silver briefcase, but its actually a portable laptop similar to a Tough Book. There is a pocket for holding paper, and it is not uncommon for her to hold sheet music for upcoming concerts there.
The other semi-noticeable trait is a blue-tooth headset, which consists of a single earpiece that goes down to a mike. It is similar to half of the standard Vocaloid2 headset, and is colored blue with some sky blue and white accents. The LED light is green when fully charged, but it merely a small dot. It can go down to yellow when half charged and red when the battery is almost dead. Seeing the red version is extremely rare, as Harmona works hard at keeping it charged.
Weapons
Harmona has no weapons and wouldn't know how to use any handed to her. She does have connections with various bodyguard groups, but she has no skills herself. The bodyguards for the Vocaloids are usually contracted to protect her as well, although the Vocaloids would always come first.
Her laptop could do quite a bit of damage if she whacked somebody upside the head with it, but its an act of desperation and she would only use it as such. Despite its durability, she doesn't want to risk it getting harmed.
Abilities/Powers
Digital organization. Unlike the other Vocaloids, she was not programmed to be a singer. However, she was programmed to manage space and files related to the Vocaloids, sort of a plug-in for users with multiple ones on their system. Her skills go a bit further than that, and if you have her ten minutes with a computer she could place it under impeccable organization.
Like all Vocaloids, she can dispel her headset with a bit of concentration. However, this extra bit of programming was a waste of space on Harmona, as she seems loathe to use the power.
Skills
Haggling, business deals, non-digital organization, reading legalese, etc. Basically, if its something a business manager and agent would need to be able to do well, she's a master at it. Even if she were to use a cellphone, she could drive without it effecting her. She's got amazing memory for things relating to business as well, and can quote every imaginable loophole to get a person out of a contract. If she wasn't a business manager and agent, she could probably be a lawyer.
She's also a master of the all-nighter and seems to need less sleep than others. This is actually her skill at being fully functional when her entire body is screaming that she needs to sleep. Keep in mind functional does not mean polite. If intimidation counts as a skill, she's also good at that. She's gotten the Vocaloids to get over their petty fights for concerts before by sheer fright factor.
An important thing to note is the girl can not sing. She can hear music in perfect tone and pitch, but she can't carry a tune to save her life. She's not even good enough to be a shower singer.
Personality
Harmona has two distinct sides to her personality. The one most people see is the "all business" side, and is actually more frightening than her casual one. She is manipulative and sly. Never underhanded, as she follows the letter of the law, but she comes across as such to some with her ability to manipulate and loophole things. She is almost frighteningly calm and a master at bluffing. She has gotten more pay for her clients on many occasions by making an empty threat to walk out.
She is seen as shrewd and ruthless. It has been said she makes Donald Trump look like an abused puppy for how well she can make a "deal". She is rather good at making the "deal" far more advantageous to her and her clients than to the other party.
Her real personality is actually an easily aggravated woman. She keeps hints of her business side in that she has little tolerance for nonsense, but she doesn't react as well. She shouts. A lot. Jokes have been made that she can't sing because she strains too much with all her shouting. She is well known for her rages and actually doesn't handle stress all that well.
But she actually cares quite a bit about her clients (the Vocaloids), despite seeming gruff and ruff about it. She does a lot behind the scenes, and doesn't like being praised for it. She doesn't mind being showered with praise for deals she makes or perks she gets her clients, but she has a very much "I did what I had to" sense about her. She's well organized and has all her ducks in a row so to speak. If you can get to know her casually, she's actually a pretty great person. Its entirely possible she yells because she cares, as she tends to get her eerily calm business mode on around people she doesn't like.
A quirk of hers is an annoyance about the "glass ceiling", and as such she makes no attempt to correct others when they mistake her for male. Her voice is fairly ambiguous, especially when she's yelling or in all out business mode. Judging by her voice alone, its nearly impossible to guess her gender. Couple that with her general manner of dress, and most see her as a guy.
History
On one world or another, it became apparent the strain a massive amount of Vocaloids put on users systems. The loose bits of files, the disorganized notes, it was all known for crashing computers. Some programmer created a system to organize the files, and it worked amazingly well. Seeing how well it worked, said programmer sent a copy of the file to this world's version of Crypton, the company known for marketing the Japanese Vocaloids. The company loved the system and the idea of a "manager" for the virtual pop idol programs and paid the creator a bundle.
They made a few of their own changes and came up with an appearance for the program they chose to name "Seishuku Harmona" a name that would roughly mean "Silent Harmony". It would be to imply her dual-ethnic heritage, as they wanted a "character" that could work well with both English and Japanese Vocaloids. It was also a play on the word "Harmony", as the programs purpose was to harmonize a system with lots of installed Vocaloids. Her last name was to indicate that while she was a Vocaloid program, her task was not singing.
The program was moderately well received in the world of its creation, and fans developed her a bit more. Her personality actually became an amalgam of two sides, leading to the "business" and "casual" sides she possesses. She arrived on the island around the same time as Miku, albeit from a different computer, and was able to use her laptop to get in contact with Miku. Until now she has been mostly behind the scenes, but the recent fiasco with Gakupo and the rift seeming to appear between the Vocaloids has made her realize she has to step forward before the situation becomes a PR nightmare.
Thing is, she's probably a little late...
Other
Harmona is technically a fan "Fanloid", although she isn't made for singing and isn't a real Fanloid in that sense. She's a 100% original Fanloid. After showing up as an NPC enough times in the RP, I discussed with FF and TSIFAN, and we decided she needed to be an actual character. I was given the task of her creation.
Her "character item" is a bagel. It was chosen based on ease of preparation and portability. She needed a food that she could eat on the go due to how busy she is and the extroidinarily small amount of time she gets to herself.
