Physical Description
Little Miss P is one of the most adorable little girls you will ever have the nightmare of meeting. She reeks of cute and if it were possible, she could send people into pure sugar-shock merely by standing there. She has bright eyes that look a little large for her head, which just jacks up the cuteness factor. They tend to change into the normal range of colors (blue, brown, green) based on her mood and outfit, but their "natural" color is hazel. She looks almost like a puppy in her usual gaze, and her smile could melt Antarctica. When the expression shifts to her more natural one, however, she's frightening. We're talking psychotic Light, or better yet, L (of Death Note infamy). Her smile can curl up into the world's most sadistic grin and her bright eyes narrow into that of psychotic glee. This look is known to give nightmares. Her eye color has been known to change to red in her more psychotic moments.
She keeps her hair up in a style that lends to her cute appearance and creates a somewhat disturbing contrast in her psychotic mode. It is an extremely light brown, almost bordering on more of a dirty blond than a real shade of brown. Her hair is done up in two corkscrew pigtails, ala Miyako/Bubbles of Powerpuff Girls Z. She doesn't have much in the way of bangs, but what is there is fluffy. They don't fall even halfway down her forehead. The pigtails take up most of her hair, so its pulled up a bit in the back and doesn't hang on her neck at all. The ties for the pigtails generally aren't visible, but she'll sometimes wear a big bow clip on the back of her head, coordinated with the dominant color of her outfit.
Miss P favors cute clothing and is pretty majorly obsessed with Gothic Lolita fashion, although she enjoys the somewhat blasphemous act of mixing Gothic and Sweet Lolita designs. As such, even her non-Lolita outfits tend to favor frills with a dominance of black or pink. She always accents in white. She doesn't really use make-up, which kind of separates her from a lot of Lolita fashion. She much prefers high quality "sleek" fabric like silk or satin.
She's wearing a Gothic Lolita dress when she arrives on the island. The sleeves are actually separate from the dress, tied near the top of her upper arm. The sleeves flair out a bit. The main outfit is a one piece dress, and flairs out a bit near the bottom. It falls just past her knees. The outfit is mainly silk, and the inner lining is only silk.
She has small white socks on, folded down once. This makes the black hearts look more like spades, as the points are facing upwards and slightly distorted because one sees them from the side they aren't meant to be seen. She wears what look like tap-shoes, polished and black. Even without the taps they make a slight clicking noise if she runs on a hard surface like tile or concrete. They are held on with a single silver heart-shaped button snap buckle on either shoe. The silver heart shaped button is on the outside. She doesn't have earrings, and the only head accessory is a rather large black bow barrette attached to the back of her head. The way it comes up from behind her head resembles the canon style of Paula of Earthbound/Mother 2.
She also has various strips of silk tied around under her dress all over the place, at least one dagger tucked in all of them. However, these aren't visible.
Weapons
Little Miss P has more daggers than would be considered healthy for a full grown adult, let alone an "innocent" little girl. Exactly how she keeps them all squirrelled away is rather unclear, but a metal detector would have a heart attack over the girl if she were to pass through one. She has lots of different styles, but by far the most common is a black metal blade with a silver or bronze metallic hilt. Most of these have been used for cutting so often that she has a very slight odor of blood about her. A dog would likely pick up on this, and she isn't much liked by beings with a good sense of smell because of it. Most humans don't even notice it.
Abilities/Powers
Miss P doesn't really have anything that could truly be classified as an ability or power. She's not immortal, she doesn't have magical skills, etc. The closest thing is her intelligence and possibly her brand of "sanity". She's too smart, too sane. She'd register as a genius without trying hard, and its quite possible her clear view of reality is why she is so psychotic.
Skills
She more than makes up for her lack of abilities/powers with her skills. She's an expert on weapons, both past and present. While she can't use something like a bastard sword, its a matter of size rather than a lack of ability. She's extremely agile, favoring multiple light attacks over one strong one. Her size due to her age makes her extremely hard to get a hold of, and she's good at squirming away from being grasp like a fish.
She'll bite and claw in a fight, and can use any weapon if its not too large. She greatly prefers her daggers, though, and does have the best skill with them. She uses both the normal and throwing variety. On that note, she's got amazing accuracy with throwing weapons. She could take her world's world championship in darts if she was so inclined.
Miss P is well versed in torture and knows more about poisons than most scientists. She's good at reading how much a person can take before passing out, and is well known for using that skill to torture a person to the brink of unconsciousness before pulling back.
She's a master of the "creepy laugh". Its rather comparable to the "check on the child" laugh may adults and just about every parent knows about. That laugh that young children will often go into, mildly psychotic and the type that makes adults think the child needs to be checked on. Most common when a child is "getting away" with something they shouldn't. She goes above that, and her giggle fits are some of the creepiest things you will ever hear. She doesn't do the "mad scientist" cackle, and her giggles would be cute if they weren't so. damn. creepy.
Miss P also has amazing laundry skills. She can get blood out of just about anything, and it would take a highly skilled forensic scientist to find the traces. She developed this skill thanks to using white as an accent color so much in conjunction with the blood spatter she is known to cause.

She doesn't act out of a traumatic past or misguided intentions like say, The Joker. She's just plain broken. She was born that way. Far too smart for her own good, she could out think some of the world's greatest minds. She's been accused of being a demon reborn in human form, a thought frame she finds rather fascinating and wouldn't mind proving.
Her aura is dark and evil, but she looks cuter than a button and is well known for using it to manipulate people. She can cry at will, and will often use it to draw a person close so she can slit their throat. She adores blood, finding it extremely pretty and often cutting people just so she can see the crimson liquid flow.

She giggle fits at the thought of forcing people's minds to snap, and loves dragging them into the deepest pits of depression. Lovecraft, Poe, and the artist Salvador Dali.
Simply put, she's evil. Off balance doesn't even begin to cover it, and she'd probably find such a description an insult. One thing that should be noted is she isn't stupid. She wouldn't make a deal with the devil or anything of the sort. Seems to get some kind of satisfaction from doing things all by herself.
She does have her cute little girl side, but its pretty heavily out-weighted by her psychosis. If she's being sweet or cute, its almost guaranteed she's in a manipulative mode. She loves stuffed animals and dolls, but likes to... "operate" on them. If you've seen Sid from Toy Story, you've got an idea of what that means.

Miss P was born as Prudence Falls to an unimpressive family, and she was "broken" the instant she took her first breath. Even at that age her smile scared the doctors. She was the only child, and killed her parents in a rather grisly and infamous murder when she was six. She was presumed kidnapped, and despite her many atrocities has managed to avoid being in the news. She's killed hundreds and snapped the minds of hundreds more. She's always been quite the monster.
Portals sometimes open for no reason, drawing people to the island. Such was the case with her. One place is as good as any other to have "fun", and she has no problem being in this strange place. Really rather unimpressive, but that's her life. Killing and popping onto the island.

Nothing really to say. There are plans to have her "yandare" over Marx, which is why I made her. She's an OC I created based to personify my "dark half", although I've never fleshed her out this much before. That giggling of hers? That's why I shouldn't be allowed around games like Sims. *nods*
