Human: He is a teen with an odd hairstyle of a large tuft of blue hair with a white circle in the middle and two sharp sort of cowlicks on the side of his ears that is white like the rest of his hair, and the ends of his hair is tinted blue. He has light skin and ruby-red eyes and wears a T-shirt with a blue triangle at the bottom as well as a jacket with blue going down about halfway on his sleeves to the end, and a blue right triangle on each side of the open jacket and in the back in the mid section is kind of a half circle that is colored all the way to the bottom. He has blue jeans that are torn in triangles at the bottom and blue shoes, also he has a belt that has a red triangle at the buckle.

Weapons: His psychic abilities, and also physical attacks
Abilities/Powers: Luster Purge (Damaging and has a 50% chance of reducing special def.),
Psywave (Random amount of damage), "Makes enemy faint and reduces att and special att),
SafeGuard (A Field that prevents the user to be affected by anything for a while),
DragonBreath (Does Damage and a slight chance of paralyzing opponent.),
Psychic (Deals damage and a small chance of reducing a special Att of Def),
Recover (Heals damage if health isn't high),
Skills: He can fly as a Latios, but not as a human. Also, he can still do psychic attacks while as a human.
Personality: He pretty timid and shy sometimes, but usually he’s happy and outgoing as well as adventurous and cautious.
History: He was born into a tribe of Latios and Latios at Verdanturf in the forest area as a young explorer who loved to play small pranks on people and often played with the kids around there, but hid when the parents appeared which in most reasons why he was named Aokakesu that meant Blue Jay in japanese. He was around 3 at that time as he enjoyed his time often exploring Rusturf Tunnel, Desert Ruins, and the many towns nearby while being invisible. He still had that adventurer’s spirit until he was 17 and became a little more cautious about things. While the tribe was asleep, a gang of unruly and powerful Team Rocket gangs whom wanted them to sell ambushed them. All the Latios and Latias fought against the gang of Team Rocket members until the gangs dispersed and ran, but Aokakesu took heavy damage and couldn’t use Recover due to lack of stamina and didn’t survive long enough to see the defeat of the gangs. He awoke on the Island one day and you had no idea how happy he was, but he found himself as a human and not a Latios. Which greatly confused him
Other: Well, so far he doesn’t realize that he has the power to go into his Latios form so for now until he meets someone who tells him he has the power or shows him how to he’s pretty much stuck as a human. Also, he cannot speak but can only talk telepathically though it tires him to do so. And I think I shouldn’t be cruel and make his clothes removable lols. EDIT: Another thing, he doesn't have the disability to make noise rather only to speak the language of humans xD
