"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CATCH THAT THIEF!"
Daiki ran as quickly as he could through the Plaza's Black Market, clutching the suitcase in his hand tightly. He smiled to himself as the ever-increasing mob of men in suits chased after him.
"This..." He thought. "Is a great treasure, for sure..."
A shot rang out behind him-- things were heating up. Quickly, Daiki ducked into an alley and let the mob pass him by. Opening the suitcase, he examined his prize.
It looked like one of those lightsabers from the old Star Wars movies, though more silver than black. Wires and tubes ran through it; its designer's emblem was etched into the handle, as well as on the front of the suitcase.
Of course, Daiki was distracted as he inspected his treasure-- he should have been on the look-out...

"Hmmm... ... ... An interesting device you have there..."
If Daiki looked up at this (Which I'm quite sure he did), he would've seen a teenage girl looking at him curiously. She appeared to be around 17 with long blonde hair, and wearing blue clothes with fuzzy white trims... She also had an old fashioned looking single barreled pistol in a holister on her belt, and she kept a hand close to it, as if expecting a sour response from the man before her. Though it didn't look like she'd pull it out for any other reason but self defense.
"Looks like a very recent model." Examining the strange sword, she rubbed her chin. "What could a theif possibly have need of this..." She then looked back to him, cold blue eyes apparent. "I wonder..."

"You make it sound so sinister." Daiki said, a sly smile appearing on his face. He hadn't spoken English in a while-- he'd learned it working for Fourteen back in his world. "The truth is, I stole it simply to steal it."
Closing the suitcase, Daiki stood up, surprisingly peppy. "Alright! It looks like I lost 'em. I'll be on my w--"
"DUN-DUN-DUN!!"
At the poorly sung dramatic music, two gunshots fired. Daiki quickly dodged out of the bullet's path and caught the eye pf the red-headed gunman. "I knew if I hung behind the crowd I'd catch you!" Walter exclaimed. "Sorry, kid; my bosses want that sword back."

"So... you've NEVER been in this part of Void City?"
"Nope!"
"Well, neither do I. Say I guess the key word here is 'lost?'"
"Yup!"
Raz sighed. He liked Ed, he really did, but he wasn't being very helpful at the moment as they trudged through the Black Market. And judging by the looks of the vendors and customers, he figured asking for directions wasn't such a good idea.
"Man, this area's real seedy... weird that we never came across it before."
"It's like they just added it to the list of locations, huh, Raz?"
Raz looked at Ed strangely, about to ask him how he was aware of the activity of the board admin before the gunshots rang out.
"Whoa!" Raz ducked behind a building, pulling Ed back with him. The psychic peered into the alley they were adjacent to, getting a rough idea of the situation. "Hoo boy... this doesn't look good."

Return fire was the answer to Walter's shots.
Faster then one could credit anyone, the girl whipped out her pistol and fired two warning shots, which would've landed parallel to Walter's toes if he hadn't jumped out of the way. Guy was pretty quick. "A boss, huh?" She frowned even deeper.
Being the gun enthusiast Walter was, he likely would've noticed that there had been something off with those bullets... They didn't look like they were made of metal, and there was no cartridges left over... In fact the ground they struck looked almost scorched.
But it didn't look like the girl was about to answer any questions as to why. "Okay buddy, I'm giving you about three seconds before I pump your guts full of electrical lead... Who hired you and what use could he possibly have for some kind of high-model beam saber?"

"What other reason? To kill people." Walter answered. "I mean, it seems kind of obvious. I don't know all the details, but apparently it's special-ordered by one of our employees in another branch. My job was to waste anyone who tried to steal it.
"That includes busy-bodies who are eaves-dropping." Walter spun around and fired a quick shot at Raz and Ed's hiding-space, just barely missing them. "My aim might not be so good next time." He grinned.

"GAGH!!" Raz fell over completely, dodging one close call. Ed stared at down at him puzzledly, the psychic's legs sticking up and twitching, and cocked his head.
"Oh, relax, Raz! It's not like he hit ya!"

The girl, known most commonly as Lilia, looked in the direction Walter shot, before quickly turning back to Walter. "You mean to tell me, your stealing a highly dangerous piece of machinery, JUST so you could use it against somebody, or ANYBODY?"
She metally calculated the following shots carefully. "Are you COMPLETELY MENTAL!?!?!?" Taking a step back, she decided to be careful... She did NOT like the gleam in this guy's eyes. "ANY kind of Psychopath with a weapon like that could do UNTOLD amounts of damage!"

"We're assassins; that's kinda our job." Walter pointed out. "Just ask those guys; I almost killed their buddy because some guy in a labcoat paid me to!" Walter grinned, putting a finger to his mouth as if he were an adorable child. With his other hand, he calmly aimed at Lilia. "I have a quarry to collect; my livlihood depends on it. Now, don't make this any harder than it has to be." Before his finger could squeeze the trigger, two shots blasted the Peacemaker out of Walter's hand. The assassin spun to face Daiki, holding a large, complex gun. "What a guy... interrupting a private conversation like that." Daiki sighed. "Looks like I have to fight; otherwise a squirrel like you will just chase after me." "Squirrel?!" Walter screamed, drawing a second gun. However, before he could fire it, Daiki drew a card from a thick holster on his belt. KAMEN RIDE "Henshin!" Daiki exclaimed, sliding the card into an opening in the gun. Walter stared at his opponent in confusion, seeing Daiki raise the gun to his eye-level. DiEND! It all happened in a matter of seconds. They both fired-- first Walter, then Daiki. Daiki's blast knocked Walter's bullet out of the air, but strangely hung in midair for several seconds. Meanwhile, blurs of color swirled around Daiki, bonding to him (Along with the blast from his gun) into a suit of cyan armor. "Kamen Rider DiEnd." Daiki said calmly while Walter stared on. "Care to change your bets, folks?"

"Hey, yeah, I remember that!" Ed exclaimed at Walter's tale, though he was swiftly ignored.
Raz looked up just in time to see Daiki's shift in weaponry. "...my bets are on that guy."

Lilia stared in slack-jawed disbelief at what had just happened...
"What are ya, some kind of Power Rangers wannabe?" Regardless, that gun never left her hand. She carefully examined the situation, watching Walter as carefully as possible as this happened. If he happened to pull out another weapon from his person, she'd be ready for a counter attack. A grin crossed her features. "What are you gonna do now, then Insane Asylum reject?"

"Crap..." Walter grunted. He looked over his shoulder at Raz and Ed. "Hey! Kids! If you help me out, I'll spend my whole paycheck on candy for you guys!"
Brilliant! Kids love candy! The young trainees at Executioner HQ always took Walter's candy; and then he'd laugh, because it was laced with LSD.
What had he been doing? Oh, yeah.
"I think Willy Wonka's on this island; we could kidnap him and make him our candy-bitch!" Walter offered. "You just gotta help me get the suitcase back!"

"Candy!" Ed cheered happily, bounding up and down, only for Raz to grab his arm, silently telling him to quit it.
It was a shame for Walter that Raz caught those thoughts parading through the assassin's mind. They were so loud and forward, Raz could've heard them on the other side of the island.
"Thank, but no thanks, wise guy."

After Walter's offer was shot clean out of the sky, and his attention brought off the scene, the gang heard what appeared to be a small 'clank!'.
If anyone turned to see what had happened, they would've seen Lilia now holding the coveted suitcase in her hand. "Yeah, nice try whack-job." She grinned. "Something tells me if YOU want this, then it's better off in better hands." She opened the suitcase, and peered down at the sword. "I could use technology like this to upgrade my gun." She twirled her pistol around on her finger to emphasize this. " Either that or get a lot of money out of returning it. Hope you don't mind 'Robo-Cop'..." With a click, she closed the suitcase, and placed the gun in it's holster. "I think I'll be on my way."
She turned to leave...
Probably not a wise choice on her part.

"Sorry. That's my treasure." DiEnd fired two quick shots at Lilia's feet to emphasize his feeling. He drew a pair of cards from his holster, loading them into his gun. "And you're about to be outnumbered." KAMEN RIDE DiEnd fired twice-- the energy stopped right in front of Lilia. Just as it had in his transformation, they began to take on the shapes of two warriors in full armor. KIVA! BLADE Two new Kamen rider stood before Lilia-- one's armor seemed to be base off of a bat. The other's had a playing-card and blade motif. They both stared down their foe.
