This is basically an idea I'd been working on since a couple weeks ago. Figured I could post it up now.

Alliance: Neutral (leaning towards Evil, but will work for whomever pays him the most)

Franchise: Mario Bros. species, Mother/EarthBound powers (OC)
Physical Description: A short creature with a purple robe, black belt, blue shoes, and a white mask that completely hides his face yet is somehow able to express his emotions
Weapons: None exclusive to him
Abilities/Powers: PSI
Skills: On top of his psychic powers, PSI Guy can perform operate like an ordinary Shy Guy, doing things like hiding in trees to launch projectiles at his target or tackle them.
Personality: The Shy Guy who became PSI Guy always was a little cocky, but gaining his new powers only increased that factor of his personality. PSI Guy is a thrill-seeker with no real loyalty; heck, his bounty can even turn him against his employer by paying him more.
History: PSI Guy was once an ordinary Shy Guy serving under General Guy in the Koopa Troop. One day, however, he grew bored of the army and allowed himself to be hired out to Wario in one of his treasure-hunting adventures. But eventually, he got sick of working for Wario as well and began setting himself up as a solo mercenary.
In his travels, he ended up stumbling through a transdimensional tear into Portal Park. Once he came to understand what he'd fallen into, the Shy Guy began hopping through the various portals and visiting other worlds. His dimension jumping eventually landed him in Eagleland around the time Ness, Paula, and Jeff were staying in Threed.
When the Shy Guy learned about PSI, he wasted no time in going out of his way to learn everything he could about it. Once he'd managed to learn how to use PSI, the Shy Guy dubbed himself PSI Guy and continued on with his dimension hopping. PSI Guy will, however, hang around the island from time to time, offering his mercenary services whenever he feels like it.
Other: Like any other Shy Guy, removing his mask will make him run and hide, discouraging any chances of seeing his face.
