Dark Insects

Mario and Toph entered the library and furiously began to search for books on ancient legends.

"Having any luck over there?" Mario asked her.

She turned to him. Toph waved a hand infront of' er face. "Hello! Blind!" she said. She sat down at a table, drumming her fingers across the wood.

"Oh right," Mario replied sheepishly ",Forgot for a second there."

He continued to look for a book or something. He spotted one that looked like it had to do with it and brought it out to the table. He skimmed through it for a few minutes until he found what he was looking for.

"Here's something!" Mario began to read aloud ", It says that those things were the dark insects, creative name. They eat everything until there's nothing left then move on to another dimension and devour that as well. That's why they were sealed away by using that jewel that broke, it's called the nest jewel. It's used to control them or something. If all the pieces are recovered and put back together you can control the insects. Interesting..."

"Yeah, real interesting." Toph sighed. "Those things can fly right? Because anything in the air, i can't really do anything about."

"Unfortunately they can," Mario answered ", They flew out of the cave and this picture here shows them with wings. It also says here that they build hives. Man, I guess we shouldn't let Dimentio get his hands on that nest jewel huh?"

"Fantastic." Toph said, rather loudly.

The librarian came over to talk to her. "Mis, do you know where you are?" she snapped. "Do you not see the people trying to read despite your boistrous flabbergasting?"

"I'm sorry... Where am i? I thought i was at the tea house..." Toph said innocently. She then began touching the books on the table. She opened it and began feeling the pages. "Is this a book?"

"Oh.. dear... i'm sorry..." the librarian walked off in another direction. Toph covered her mouth to keep herself from burst out laughing.

"that was fun..." she smirked.

"I guess being blind has it's perks," Mario laughed ",Anyway, I guess we should start looking."

"Where do we start first?" Toph asked, stretching.

[mrsaturn123]

"Not sure," Mario thought for a moment ",I guess we'll just have to go on pure instinct. That doesn't help much does it? It doesn't say anything about where they could've gone so that's our only option."

[jazmyn]

"Let's go about it this way... Where would Dimentio strike first?"Toph shoved her hands in her pockets and walked around the chair effortlessly.

"Knowing him..." Mario thought again ",...no one knows...Crap. Well, I guess we'll just have to search."

(This thread's gonna end after you make like one more post or something and from now on I'll post random threads on occasion where a piece of the jewel is okays? Read mah announcement)

"Damnit." Toph growled. "Then I guess we'll split our ways... I'll keep an eye out for them. Bye." She left the library, walking outside and down a sidewalk. Toph needed some time out... practicing more of her metal bending. Or something. After all... most of this... was her fault.

"I'll catch up with you later," Mario waved goodbye and headed off to begin his search.

"Did i hear something about Jewels?" As X Enters the library
"because i found a shinny fragment of something might be something might not, im not sure" as he pulls out a shinny fragment of some sort "i unno what it happens to be"

Mario walked up to him and examined the piece.

"That looks like one actually! Do you mind helping us look for these pieces?" Mario asked.
