"An interesting idea." Sasha placed Raz down and tried it. He was knocked back similiarly.
"Agh... nope. Not effective." He brushed his coat cooly as if he hadn't been hit. "Physical and psychic forces aren't going to cut it."
"What about mental?" Edd stepped forward. "Let me try."

Edd focused on the doors, holding his hands out, which flared in a sudden pulse. The blue orb throbbed and flashed, and the doors were flung open, the barrier destroyed.
"Ahh... th... there...!" Edd collapsed to his knees from the impact on his mental capacity.
