Cain said nothing as Abel taunted him more. Really, there weren't many people capable of upsetting him this much. If he cared to think about it he could probably count them on one hand. He noticed Seth twitch out of the corner of his eye. He looked up as Abel began his walk away from the alley. Cain nodded towards Seth and indicated Abel with his eyes. Seth looked nervous, but turned around and fell into step behind Abel. There wasn't more than a foot between them, and the proximity probably wasn't smart considering Abel's mood. Then again, that was the reason he was staying close.
The oldest of the three brothers watched his two younger siblings leave. He didn't wait for them to go out of sight before he turned. Even if Abel wasn't the King of Bel, he understood when people needed to calm down. It would be in Abel's best interest, he supposed, to learn that he didn't have to kill to access Magastuhi. He'd tell him later, he'd been told in no uncertain terms he was not to head straight back to the hotel. Cain flipped open his COMP and checked the locator map. He closed it and began to walk off. He'd have to watch the news tonight. Even for the Island, it was likely the oddly isolated incident of a woman being bludgeoned to death in her own shop would be reported.

Abel was rather lost in his own thoughts as he walked down the sidewalk. He wasn't in a good mood, to put things simply. After a moment, he pulled his MP3 player up off where it was clipped onto his shirt and switched it on. At least something here wasn't broken. Like his head. Damn, it hurt. He was starting to wonder if he was losing it, and not just because of the magatsuhi high he'd been on before. Just because of how that whole conversation had been. He hadn't had a fight that bad with Cain in a while. And not only that, but some of the things he'd said... He really had to wonder about himself sometimes.
After a few minutes of walking, Abel became rather aware of how close Seth was sticking to him right now. He scowled, but he didn't indicate that he had sensed Seth there otherwise. Seth's proximity had been bothering him a lot. He knew why Seth was staying so close. Seth had promised never to leave him alone. Abel had been trying to keep Seth away; he knew Seth was a weakness now. Seth had been making that hard on him. And right now Abel was in one of those moods that indicated it would probably be smart for Seth to leave him alone.
After a few more minutes, and no distance change from Seth, Abel's face darkened. "Back off, Seth. I want to be alone."

Seth stopped walking as Abel ordered him away. Shit. He'd known he was bothering his brother, but he'd figured it would be okay for the time of month. In all truth, that was probably the only reason he'd gotten a warning. He remembered the pain in his arm from before. It was lucky the Palace had demons who could heal on hand. Half a month wasn't enough time for a broken arm to heal otherwise.
The Prince of Bel looked away. What was he supposed to do? With Abel like this, it wasn't a good idea to leave him alone. It was never a good idea to leave him alone. It was a better idea now than during a full moon, but still... He found himself wanting to balk the order. Because that's what it had been, an order. Abel versus Keiichi once again. His eyebrows slanted with concern.
"Your Majesty, I..." he couldn't find the words to argue. Maybe if he just hung back more... but Abel had said he wanted to be alone, not that he wanted more distance. Seth felt trapped, especially after that threat Abel had made to Cain. Keiichi really could be lost if his brother lost it again.

"I said I want to be alone!"
Abel wheeled around, and in one swift movement, slapped his brother away with enough force that it probably sent Seth flying to the ground. He glared down at his brother with the same slitted eyes he had when he had argued with Cain only a few minutes previously.
"Why the hell can't you stay away from me?! I just want some privacy! What, can't I get some time alone!? Are you so worried I'm going to lose it on some group of demons that you can't detach yourself from me for five minutes?!" Abel screamed. He threw his hand to the side in a similar motion to the one Seth had made before. "I just want to be left alone for once! Is that too much to ask, Seth?! Is it?!"
He glared at Seth for a moment before turning around again and storming off. If Seth was still following him after that display, he'd probably lose it even further. It may not have been a full moon, but at this point, it didn't matter. He was so stressed out from the day's events that his temper was at a boiling point.

Seth had taken a step away as Abel whirled on him. No human could have moved fast enough to avoid the forceful hit across the front of his chest. Seth's attempt to not fall failed, and he tripped over his own leg and hit the ground hard. His teeth clacked together and later he'd realize he'd been lucky not to bite his tongue. He drew back as much as he could for the surprise, pain, and shock as Abel continued to lay into him.
He said nothing as Abel continued to scream at him. He turned his head away and remained quiet as he was yelled at. He heard Abel's weight shift, but still waited a few moments before turning back. Abel had already put a fair amount of distance between them. He looked down and winced, the pain from the fall finally settling in. He lifted his hand. A bit of blood and gravel. He wiped it on his shirt and got to his feet.
It was possible Abel would lose it enough to kill him if he pressed it. He hung his head and watched his brother retreat further before turning around and walking in the other direction. All he could do now was hope that Abel could calm down. He opened his COMP and accessed the map feature. Cain was still nearby. He'd been mad at him earlier, but the two had a closer bond than a lot of people realized. Cain was the only one that had known about what happened in the shop earlier. He reconfirmed Cain's location on the COMP and sped up.
Just... be okay... Please... his thoughts stayed on Abel as the distance between them increased. He hoped he wasn't making a mistake...
