Physical Description: Noki is pretty much the Jumpluff you see everyday in the pokemon world and the only differences are tiny. She’s a brighter shade of blue than most jumpluffs, her eyes are bright red and not so dark, her leaves are a deep green, the fluffs are pure white, and she has a little pretty green Viridian bow on her. She has a small box around her that has a little egg with wings for an insigma.

Personality: She seems to be a cheerful, optimistic, and oblivious type of person and she is. What you don’t usually see is her intelligence, bravery, and ability to cheer one up. She’s the real leader, but in secret.
History: She was born into a happy little family that loved to fly around the world and explore, and she fell under this trait too. She was smart and very adventurous as she wandered off by herself a lot. It was when she was fairly young she got caught in a tree and her family couldn’t find her. Then, a young Starly named Tonipher saved her from her fate. She lived with him happily and carefully. She was 8 when she convinced Tonipher to join Pokemon Rescue Teams, and he accepted. She calmed down Tonipher and guided him whenever he was nervous, and gladly bcame partners with Tapra to make a pokemon team named Team Pyroyal. She helped out Tonipher when he was nervous as he was put into a leader position and it was her who actually gave him the advices and commands that were wise. She stayed in position as a member and acted to be a happy and oblivious one as she usually was. 18 full years she’s been helping out everyone and accompanying Tonipher in Team Pyroyal as she was now a fully evolved Jumpluff. Year flew by so fast, it was just plain amazing, but she continued her cheerfulness. One day they were on a mission, but then a portal took her to dimensional island.
Other: She’s very close to Tonipher. Since she’s a plant pokemon that has cotton fluffs she has the ability to use seed and spore moves freely.
