Physical Description: He’s pretty much your average Gardevoir that’s slightly larger in size and blue instead of green.
The only main differences are that he usually has a pen on his ‘ear’ and also he wears male doctor clothing so that his feminine-like body doesn’t appear. He wears a white labcoat with pens sticking out of the pocket and a white pair of pants. He doesn’t bother with the shoes, considering he’d have to make his own with the petit feet he has.
He usually brings some emergency supplies that are most likely found contained in a medical kit around his shoulder down to the waist.

Personality: He’s a good spirited man that enjoys nature and traditional works. He’s pretty smart, but also kinda unorganized at the same time and thus he’s often late for things. He’s also very nice and compatible with most people…. oh and he’s a mega fan to Freezespook too.
History: Tounen was born into a fair family on the Shimmer Islands with a small clan of Gardevoirs, Kirlias, Ralts, and Gallades that would often travel round exploring parts of the islands. He actually did participate in Pokemon Rescue Team action when he was about 8 or 9, who knows, in a team known as Team Psycho as one of the lower members. He didn’t really find an interest in fighting, but he did in helping. It wasn’t too long after he worked as a medic for the team at on point. It was at age 19 he enrolled to a good education of health so he could become a doctor. He studied hard, and worked even harder to make it to the tops. It wasn’t long till his dream came true when he turned 25. Ever since, he’s been and still works at a big hospital as the top doctor.
Other: I used Nentou, which means mind in Japanese, to make his name. I just switched around the first three letters with the last
