Physical Description: Well, he’s a jolteon with very little changes. He has also has dark blue eyes like his sister, and he wears a black necklace round his neck that holds a little symbol of a black lightning bolt. His hair is spiked outwards more than usual though. If the sun is shining bright enough actually, his fur will gleam a slight green since he is indeed part shiny (Though not by too much).
Weapons: His attacks and spikes? XD
Abilities/Powers: Managing to take care of his older sister when she gets in trouble, and also being smarter as well as more capable of doing things.

Personality: Very direct and a li’l strict. He tries to lead and avoid trouble, and if he has to he’s not afraid to fight. He’ll try and solve problems, and fix issues (mostly caused by his older sister). He’s nice, but of course cautious at the same time and thus it isn’t smart to sneak up on him lest you become fried.
History: Well, he started off in a small forest-y zone somewhere in the pokemon world as he was born as the little brother of Venia. As a small child, he did what you’d expect a matured adult to do. he found more interest in studying lands and solving puzzles more than having fun as he examined things and solved small-time puzzles. When he turned 4, he had noticed the wants to help people out from Venia with the cataclysmic effect of wanting to help everyone out. Many people were frightened by the determination of his sister, and often he’d have to go and fix this. Much to everyone’s relief, she left the forest with her brother at age 15 when he was 12. They’ve been together ever since to travel round the world and help people. he’s now traveled to dimensional Island with Venia due to her over curiosity of wandering into places.
