The town was quiet. In silence and quite mysterious. Suddenly, a man in a red trench coat, weilding twin pistols and a sword came. He looked around the town. "Hmm... There's nothing here..." He said. "Man... Another rumor that wasn't true."

A man in a blue Satin coat was walking around. He had a katana strapped to his waist, a claymore on his back, and he wore gauntlets and grieves on his hands and feet. There was nothing here, despite what he was told... But of course he'd run into trouble. While walking towards the exit, he bumped into somebody. "Excuse..." He shut up when he noticed who he bumped into. "Dante."

"Well, well... Look what the cat dragged in. How wonderful..." He said, pointing a pistol at Vergil's face. "...To see my lovable brother here!"

"Shame I wasn't planning a family reunion. Otherwise there would be more accomodations," Vergil said as he put his hand slowly to Yamato's hilt.

"Family?" Dante said, giving a hint of a chuckle. "I don't have a family... Not anymore!" He yelled, pulling the trigger of his gun.

Vergil managed to dodge the bullet by moving his head to the side and spun around, unsheathing Yamato and trying to catch Dante's gut with the sharp edge.

Dante manage to jump, barely avoiding the tip of his brother's sword. He then shot a lot of rounds at Vergil.

Vergil blocked them with his sword, letting the bullets hit the ground. "Still using those worthless guns of yours then?" Vergil asked, smirking as a sword appeared out of nowhere behind Dante and stabbed for his back.

Dante gasped, but then pushed Vergil away. He pulled the blade out of himself, the wound in his stomach immeditly closing. Holding onto Vergil's weapon, he took his sword and ran at him, slashing with both.

The sword dissapeared and Vergil blocked Dante's other sword.

Dante held onto his sword with both hands, pushing against Vergil's.

Vergil pushed back. Their strength was roughly the same.

Dante stared into Vergil's eye, gleaning at the reflections of his eyes. At that instant, he jumped, avoiding getting slashed. He quickly switched weapons, taking out Cerberus. With a swing, one of the nunchuku wrapped around Vergil's blade. He held, atempting to take Vergil's weapon.

Vergil used his other hand to quickly grab Force Edge and whack the nunchucks down, sending Yamato to the ground. He then spun around and had his sword to Dante's neck.

Dante quickly redrew his guns, pointing them at Vergil's face the same time the sword was at his neck. "Well, well... Look at us. I can pull the trigger to end it all..."
