Kodiak dashed to the frozen lake. snow being kicked up behind him, he had made a slight deture to pick up two pairs of ice skates and had no doubt that Flimire had beat him.

Flimire had just arrived to see that Kodiak was waiting there. She just chuckled as she walked up to him and said, "Hey there speedy."
(the last skill wore off some time during the race XD)

"And here i thought you would have beaten me, especially after the trouble i went through to get skates." Kodiak held up the ice skate.

Flimire giggled and replied, "Heh, maybe if I kept running that fast I would've, but thanks for getting the skates." happily.

"Yeah took a bit to get the fight ones." Kodiak handed Flimire her skates. "Wasn't easy getting them." He smiled.
(So you know i picture anthros of animals such as cats and dogs some what anatomically correct, walking on their toes mostly.)

kodiak rolled his eye's glad he had already shed his armor as he slipped on his skates.

Kodiak steped out onto the ice got a few feet till his feet slipped out from under him and he landed on his back.

kodiak waved it off as he got back to his feet. "I'm fine, just lost my balance, i'm not used to not wearing my armor."
