The magical lake up at Koi River was her home. Anna looked around her surroundings. She loved looking at the forest. It eased her wild mind and made her feel a little human. Of course, most humans could speak and not just Meow. Anna looked around and smiled softly.

Now THIS place was lovely! After traveling a little around the island and generally becoming confused by alien terrain (and characters), Skywise enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the East end of the island. It was very peaceful, very natural, like the forests of his homeland.
Currently he was up in the trees, traveling up the river with his faithful wolf friend Starjumper tredding on the ground below.
Simultanously, their noses perked up at a strange new scent they were detecting. It seemed friendly, but one could never be too sure. Skywise hopped down to soothe a growling Starjumper as the two followed their noses to its source.

Ethan popped up from under the ground right next to Anna. "Ain't nothin like a good dirt nap!" His Dugtrio looked at him funny. "Oh it's not like YOU haven't done it."

Anna let out a little "NYAH!" of surprise when Ethan and Dugtrio popped out from under the ground and she ended up upside down, claws stuck inside the tree.

Ethan got completely out from the ground. "Sorry I scared you. I have to take a dirt nap every day so I don't get cranky"

"Aha!" Skywise pointed dramatically, though losing his air when he found the source of the voices. "...it... it's you! You're the ones we caught scent of!"
A pause, then the elf sighed, realizing their was no threat. Starjumper snorted in what could've been seen as contained laughter.
"Hush, you."

"Ah, I see," Skywise nodded. "The Trolls from my homeland had a similar scent of dirt, so that's why we were cautious."
Starjumper, meanwhile, was under the tree Anna was attached to, eyeing and sniffing her curiously.

Anna noticed Starjumper sniffing at her and she felt threatened, so she backed up, back arched, and hissed at him/her.

In reponse, Starjumper jumped back slightly and began to growl.
"Hey, hey, relax!" Skywise hurried over to calm his wolf friend down, scratching him behind the ears while he eyed Anna curiously. His eyes looked nearly identical to the wolf's, except for their cobalt color.
