Lucario stood at the foot of Bonsai Mountain. He grew very worried about his friend Ness who had traveled up the mountain earlier saying that he sensed some kind of force up there. He kept looking up towards the sun for an idea of what time it was. At this point it was getting kind of late. He let out a heavy sigh.
That's it I'm going up! Lucario announced as he started off towards the dense forest of the mountain.
(Just as a side note to kitsune no kage, when it looks like Lucario's thinking cause it's in italics, he really isn't because he uses telepathy to speak. I'll specify if he's thinking to himself)

Near Lucaraio at the base of the mountain was a small impulse of what seemed to be a mixture of shadow and light. Kitsune No Kage was thrown out and rolled near Lucario stunned and confused at how he got there while he was in the middle of traveling in his own dimension. He gazed at Lucario What IS that? he wondered but then thought it would be fun to see if he can pull a trick or two on it if it wasn't a foe of great proportions.

Hm? Lucario turned around to see Kitsune no Kage and gave him a curious look, Who are you?

He chuckled a bit before replying "Shouldn't i also ask the same of you? but then again i don't know how i got here. I'm just a Kitsune that was minding his own business playing a trick and here i am infront of you." he said dusting himself off and also looking up towards the top of t he mountain. "You don't seem like you are very free of time but if you need me you know where to look. he exclaimed examing Lucario from behind his kitsune mask his mask before jumping back. "Terepo-to Kage No Jutsu!" he said as he dove into the shadow to leave the place.

Well you see...There've been strange disappearances on this mountain lately. Like hikers would climb up and no one would see them again. My friend Ness went up there a little while ago to investigate and he hasn't come back down yet. Lucario explained.

Huh? What are you doing? This isn't a game! Lucario shouted after him as he followed on behind, a bit aggravated.
As they went on, a thick fog started to fill the woods. It was getting difficult to see now and Lucario had to rely on his aura senses to get around without running into trees.
