Meta-Knight stepped out into the empty arena. It was deserted at the moment because there were not official fights or tournaments being held. He looked all around then pulled out his sword. He started to practice all the sword techniques that came to mind, making sure they were flawless.

"You're training too then?" a soft voice asked. Vivian stood there, having blasted her targets to smithereens with a fire spell. Ever since Mario and some others had saved her that day on Shooting Star Summit, she was training to get stronger so that she would never get pushed around by Beldam again.

A large boomerang flew out and nearly hit Meta-knight. It was caught by the metallic demon, Boomerang. He convert it back to close combat mode. His wolf companion, Lucied, stood by his side. "Hmm... You're small... But you look like a worthy challenge." He told Meta-Knight.

"Interesting," Meta-Knight looked at Vivian and Boomerang ",You're both very quiet. Didn't even notice you here. You both look like strong fighters to me as well. Do either of you wish to spar with me?"

"Ummm... I think I'll wait my turn," Vivian said as Boomerang had intimidated her. Even while training, she would still be the shy, innocent girl we all know and love.

"Great..." Boomerang said. "Don't hold back, then!" He dashed at Meta-Knight, atempting to strike him with his sword.

Meta-Knight blocked the attack and jumped back quickly. He jumped in the air and dive bombed him with his sword ready.

Boomerang jumped back. "Not bad, little knight." His sword flipped opened to it's boomerang mode, and he threw it at Meta-Knight.

Meta-Knight side stepped the attack, but the boomerang did nick him bit.
"You're not bad yourself," Meta-Knight dashed towards him with his sword out in front of him and used his Drill Rush move.

"Assasinating is for the weak." Boomerang said. "That is no the proper way to test one's strength and endurance." He said, catching his weapon and charging at Meta-Knight again.
