Dark ceepy aura of evil sounds like home

(OOC: To make it clear, I'm specifically pointing out that "Hermia" right now looks like a shirtless Chris with angel wings and his jacket wrapped around his waist. Mannerisms are all wrong for Chris, but still...)

Hermia didn't want to run, but her attacks weren't ranged. She was only able to see a little better from the air than the ground. She flew to the trees and landed in some of the foliage. She had an idea, but needed a sheltered place if she was going to attempt it. The efforts to save her had restored much of her energy, even though they had occured during her forced sleep (she had no idea she had attacked people). She focused a large chunk of energy and brought back the sword. Now she had to get it alight with holy fire.

Hades felt the surge as Zenaku drew on Chaos. He was well aware something big was coming. He was grateful the jackal had told the rest of the group. He held his scythe so that the orb was facing where he felt Zenaku at. He did have a long range attack. He wasn't, however, aware that Night's attack would drain him and make it hard to function the "turn" after he used it.

Kid took a look at Zenaku, and ground his teeth. As long as he couldn't fly, he couldn't run. There was no way he could get away fast enough on his feet alone. The others had already gotten away, but he had hesitated, and now even if he ran, Kid wouldn't be able to escape the Spatial Rend.

"Fine then. The commander will go down for the sake of his subordinates," Kid said. He stood in front of Zenaku, not attacking this time. "Hey, does that Chaos thing in you even know what you're going to do anyways? Or does it just think you're going to follow what he says blindly? 'Cause it looks like your will for revenge is too strong, and I think that a guy named Chaos has better plans for the world than just revenge. Reeeject."

He waited for the eventual Spatial Rend, and held behind his back three bombs. If he was going to die, then he was taking Zenaku with him. He hated this reject enough that he was going to have to relegate his plans to his successor already.

What a pain.

((Kid didn't hear the little note about being sent to another dimension; he just thinks it its a BIG fuckING LAZER.))

"GET OUT OF THE WAY YOU IDIOT!!!" Kanto yelled as he flew and hit Kid away pointing his sword at Zenaku. "Eat Electric!" he yelled as he shot a thunder beam his sword at Zenaku.

(he's not in Night's way =3=)

"Begone!" Zenaku Roared as he lauched the Spacial Rend.
"I wont let that happen!" Night shouted as he unleashed his hyperbeam as the two attacks met it was a stale mate Night was putting every thing he had into it, While Zenaku laughed. when the lightning hit it, it exploded becoming harmless. "Damn that was every thing i had." Kodiak grumbled as he colapsed. he need to recharge.
"Now i'll take my staff back." Zenaku crackled floating down to Night.

Hades missed Kid's misconception about Chaos. Probably a good thing, he would have felt the need to point out Chaos' "goal" and Kid would probably think destroying all reality a waste of energy (after all, if nothing exists, what is there to rule?)

Hermia's sword exploded into flame that reeked of holy energy. She flew behind Zenaku and swung the sword. If he was at all aware of her, he'd be able to knock it away without much effort. If not, it would feel much like a human getting a deep sword slice across their back. She was channeling holy energy now, and the lent power would be enough to annoy even Chaos. Not much, but more than any other attack of hers.

Hades saw Zenaku advancing towards Night and fired a beam of dark energy right in front of him. If he had guessed the speed right Zenaku would be where the attack was aimed just as it reached him. If not, it would hit the ground right in front of him. The ground would have a small crater but it would be a distraction if nothing else. Of course, he hadn't counted on Hermia "helping".

(OOC: Oh, FF, if you don't know, Kid's shoes will work again after Zenaku is defeated/Chaos is expelled or Zenaku/Chaos leaves. Embargo only lasts for one battle.

Night, Hermia's attack, if it hits, would not be enough to dispel Chaos, but it would start being annoyed with Zenaku and the attention he draws to himself.)

((OOC: Or, if the person gets switched out of battle, like when Kanto knocked Kid out of the way. ))

Kid looked down at his shoes, and saw that the little wings were flapping. "Oh. They're working again." He suddenly gave an evil grin. "They're working again... Mwehehehee..."

He flew back up into the air again, right over Zenaku, took the three bombs from before, and prepared to throw if Hades and Hermia's attacks didn't connect.

Kanto just charged his sword again and said quietly, "You're not getting away again." as h shot a beam at Zenaku's head though smaller than the last one.

When Hermia hit Zenaku poofed into dust. the real one rose behind Night, "Now to take what's Mine." He reached under Night's Cape. "What?! Where is it!" he screamed Lifting Night up.
"Not on me." Night lauighed before being thown through the catsle wall.
"Next time Night, i'll be sneaky." and Zenaku vanished.

"What was he lookin' up under that cape for?" Numbuh Five asked quietly.

"Guess the creepy monster thing found nothing up the cape and presto!" Numbuh Two said out loud recieving a groan from Numbuh Five.

Hermia collapsed to the ground, drawing inwards. The sword vanished along with the wings, and Chris was left with his hands sticking into the mud, breathing hard. Maintaining that damn blade took more than just Hermia's energy, didn't she ever think about that?

Hades felt Chaos' presence fade from the area along with Zenaku, and let himself land on the ground and dispel his scythe. He drew in a few deep breaths and drew inward. Thane ran over to Chris. He was still missing his shirt from when Hades had shed it before chasing Zenaku here. He offered his hand to Chris.

"Thane?"

"Yeah. You okay?"

"How does he not drain you when he uses that weapon of his?" Chris took Thane's hand as support to get to his feet.

"He's stronger. And besides that, I'm used to it. I've been merged with him for centuries, remember? Besides, we've got more of a symbiotic thing going on then you cause it's permanent."

Thane didn't think about that he might have to explain that little speech if anyone other than Chris was close enough to hear.

Which, of course, meant that Kid had heard every word of it.

"Symbiotic relationship...? Centuries?!" His eyes lit up at that word. Centuries meant many years. And many years meant many years in power.

"Does that mean you guys are, like, immortal?" He asked excitedly.

Of course, he was bothered by the fact that Zenaku had managed to get away. But Zenaku had managed to singlehandedly put his only weapons out of commission, and because Kid had no powers, that had put him at a disadvantage. He needed to come up with a new way to fight before the next time they met Zenaku, and fast.

Kanto was pissed, VERY PISSED. "Damnit!" he screamed as he threw his sword on the ground then sat down because he was tired, soaked, and sore as hell.

[night sky]

Night struggled back to his feet and actualy started laughing. "It's amy wonder why i prefer fighting alone." He chuckled before coughing violently, oh yeah, he was drained. "Zenaku was a fool should have killed me right here and now. would have been two steps closer to his goal."

Thane jumped a bit at Kid, and nodded, "I guess now's a good a time to explain as any. I was born in the late Middle Ages, but ended up getting merged with Hades as a result of some soldiers trying to free Chaos. It's... ah... kind of like possession. It's more powerful and if it lasts too long becomes permanent," Thane sighed, "That's not a very good description... but if Hades were to unmerge for more than a minute or so, I'd die. He says some demons do it just to let the person die. You're not in control unless the demon let's you be."

Chris ran his hand through his hair, "Angels can do it too, but Hermia's been really careful about not developing the codependency with me. All those stories about angels and demons taking human form come from it. Thane's immortal cause Hades is."

Most of that went through one ear and out the other. "So how can I get into one of these symbiotic relationships? Will any demon do? Will Chaos do? Is there a way to get them to follow my every whim instead? Come on, tell me!"

There was something extremely suspicious about the way Kid was asking all of these questions.
