Of all places on Dimensional Island, hardly anyone liked the Black Market. It was a dangerous place to visit, with all of it’s shady dealings, villainous characters, and of course, the places dangerous merchandise. Regardless, the gang seemed hesitant about this place, or at least a few of them did.
The Climber gulped as he took in his surroundings, looking steadily more nervous as time went on. “G-Guys?” He jitterly said, “I… I don’t like this place…”
“Likely you can tell that a lot of bad things go on here Climber.” Came Metal’s simplistic answer, “Surprising really, but who am I to talk?” With a shrug, he looked around. “So where are we supposed to meet this guy anyways? Anyone knows?”
Pulling out the E-Mail, Star Man took another look at it. “Strangely enough it doesn’t say. All it says is to come to the Black Market.”
The last two members of the group that this author writes for, Talim and Kosumu, held back, looking around the area with a great amount of curiosity. Well, at least Kosumu did, Talim just kept back to make sure Kosumu kept out of trouble. “Oooooooooooooh.” Kosumu looked on in wide-eyed bewilderment, as a man stuck a torch down his throat, pulled it out… And blew out flames with ultimate precision. “Cool!!!” Regardless, the Star Child clapped to the performance.
Talim smiled at the boy, before dropping a few gold pieces into the hat that lay on the ground at the fire breathers feet, which the man seemed quite grateful for, blowing up another stream of fire in thanks.
"That aside, let's see what we can find around here." Having said that, Metal started scanning the crowd. "Maybe this 'AG' guy won't be so hard to spot..."
-----------------------------------------------
Elsewhere...
’Falling in the Black,
Slipping through the Cracks,
Falling to the depths,
can I ever go back?’
Walking out of a store on the other side of the black market, a young man carried a sack full of what appeared to be computer programs, a pair of headphones over his ears, Skillet blasting in his ears. He bobbed his head up and down as he listened, his jet black hair bobbing slightly.
’Dreaming of the way
It used to be,
CAN YOU HEAR ME?!’
The boy grinned to himself as he dusted off his dark silver vest, his black gloves showing as he did as such. Smiling, eyes closed, he nodded his head up and down in rhythm to the music.
Falling in the Black,
slipping through the cracks,
Falling to the depths,
Can I ever go back?’
“Falling inside the black!” He sung to himself in a whispered manner, so as not to catch attention to himself.
Welp, time to go meet up with Lilia. Wonder how her shopping trip went?
'Falling inside,
Falling inside,
The black!'
[Just give it a few posts, and we'll see this guy in a bit. Only then will you see why he's important to the plot... ... ... If you haven't figured it out already. XDDD]

Nutcase scanned the area with his PKE meter. He detected some odd spikes, but they were likely from the sideshow performers. He did notice an amature magician act minutes before. The poor guy looked no older than fifteen. Being forced to scrounge for a living here ment the guy had a very tough life. That aside, Nutcase knew magic users, weither they knew it or not, exuded PK energy. How much depended on how good they were.
"Not detecting anything particularly harmful....we should be safe given the location we're in." Nutcase said as he put the meter away.

Beatrice, Taffy, and Ark were staying with the main group. Tree had run off somewhere, saying that she was going to go look around. Beatrice figured she was probably shopping. Judging by how Snowy had gone with her, she was using Snowy's money to do it.
"I hope we can find this 'AG' guy soon, though. While I ain't got no problem with beating people up, I really don't feel like making a big mess o' things," Beatrice said. She had finished the outfit she had started making the day before. It was actually an almost carbon copy of the outfit she had worn before she had been plushie-ized/the outfit she had worn in her astral projection while plushie-ized. The only difference was that she was wearing the plush Fluffy head on the belt of her shorts.
Taffy sighed. Ark tugged on his tail a bit, and Taffy growled at the kid, who backed off. Ark was carrying a large red hammer with a smiley face on the sides. It was known as the Happy Hammer, and it was a unique weapon only he could use to its full potential.
"I'm bored," Ark said. "I wonder if Tree's found anything out?"

"If she has I hope she hasn't gone looney." Clown Man said as he and Starman were doing what they could to trace the line the e-mail came from. But whoever sent it was a real genius and did what he could to keep from being found.
Slimer was looking around, very nervous at the sight of some of the people here. He then noticed a cart full of fresh fruit and flew over to it. Before he dug into the pile of food, he remembered he was in a bad part of town and decided to not do anything he'd regret later.
Flying back to the others, he babbles incoherently, but Nutcase recognized a few of the words that flew from the ghost's mouth.
"Hey guys, why don't we try to find someplace to get a bite to eat? Perhaps some resturaunt owner might know who we're looking for." Nutcase said as he checked his wallet. "Besides, we gotta get something in the spud before he does something to get us in trouble. No offense, of course."
Slimer smiled, knowing Nutcase ment no offense in the slightest. He looked to the others with puppy dog eyes, hoping that the group would agree to break for a few minutes to get some lunch.

Kosumu felt his stomach growl lightly at the idea of food. "Hungry..." He looked up to Talim, "Want food... Sister?"
Talim scratched the back of her head. "Honestly? A little food doesn't sound like a bad idea." She looked to the others. "Is it safe to assume this... 'AG' will be waiting for us?"
"It's safe to assume that, yes." Metal nodded. "What it sounds like to me is that this AG is calling the shots, so he'll either be looking for us... Or if he knows us, he thinks we know where to look."
Star Man brought up a few more of Gantz's journals and appeared to look them over. "Maybe we're missing something about this guy... Something that's in Gantz's journals... But what could we be overlooking?"
-------------------------------------
Meanwhile...
With Skillet music pumping in his ears, we once again turn our attention to the mysterious young man, (His face off camera so one could see what he looked like) he appeared to be sitting at the table of a restaraunt not too far from where the shop had been.
Sat on the table before him was a laptop, which he typed at a casual pace. Pulling out the sack from before, he hummed the tune to himself as he pulled out one of the boxed up programs, tore it open and placed the disk in the disk drive.... There was a small ping, before a being appeared at the front of the screen.
She appeared to be a young lady with light blue and yellow armor, with a white jumpsuit, blue hair, and a wite tiara on her brow, topped with a sapphire. She smiled a little at the user, looking quite sweet. "Download in progress, mr. Gene." She pointed to a side-bar, which suddenly popped up a loading bar. The boy, known as Gene, removed his headphones upon seeing her mouth move. "Shall I alert you when the download is complete?"
"Very nice Leviathan." He said with a assured tone... With a startlingly familiar voice. With that said, he lifted up his right hand and looked at his watch, which was almost hidden underneath one of his black gloves. "... ... Where is she..?" He looked around a little bit. "She shoulda been here by now..."
Leviathan nodded. "Have patience, Gene." With that said, she winked. "You know Lilia. When she runs late, it's usually for good reason."
…………………. “Yeah, you’ve got a point there.” Came Gene once more before lifting up from the computer…
Revealing his face…
Which looked EXACTLY LIKE GANTZ, save for his electric yellow eyes.
“Just gotta give her time, she’ll get here before too long.” Gene, the Gantz Look-alike, repeated, before slipping the earphones over his ears once more and smiling as the music played. “Be sure to tell me when this program’s loaded up. I’ve got a few more to put in.”
Leviathan, knowing Gene wouldn’t be able to hear her, bowed respectfully to this. “Of course sir.” She nodded as she said this.
[Just so it's clear, I wanted Tree to be the first to find him, with the others following soon after. XD]

Beatrice sighed. "Food sounds good. But, in any case, lets think some more about this 'AG' guy. Like those initials. Normally they wouldn't bother me... but 'G' is both Gantz's first and last initials."
"Actually, 'Gun' is apparently a pseudonym--"
"Shut it, Lover-boy. In any case, he might be related to Gantz. Well, what about the A? I doubt his name's something stupid like... Alex Gun or something," Beatrice said.
"...Another Gantz?" Ark suggested.
"That's pretty lame too," Beatrice said.
---------------------
"Alright, where is he? I thought I told you to--"
"Tree. He's unconcious," Snowy said. Tree looked down at the man she'd been beating up.
"Oh. Whoops." Tree dropped him. She sighed. "Man, how are we gonna find Flamel and/or Gantz and/or our mysterious AG at this rate?"
"Well, I think we've found one of those three," Snowy said. She pointed over at someone sitting at a nearby table with her scythe. Tree followed the movement, and looked over at the person, and then pulled a photo out of her pocket. She'd gotten the photo off of some crab-handed due in the black market earlier. She crushed the photo in her hand.
"...Yo, foo, what're ya doin'?" Todd asked as Tree stepped closer. Tree motioned for him to shut up.
What happened next probably wasn't what this odd clone of Gantz wasn't expecting. At that moment, a strange bat person jumped up on the tables and was running across them with no regard to the other diners.
"GANTZ YOU ASSHOLE!" Tree yelled. She brought Todd down on Gene's head before he could possibly react. Tree was kind of like that. She was always able to somehow attack at least once before someone could dodge. Her insane luck at work, possibly. "You little no-good, fucked up, stupid-ass--" She stopped smacking him with Todd as she realized this wasn't Gantz. She doubted that Gantz could use Doom Energy, and the yellow eyes suggested that. Plus, he was ever so slightly different. "Oh. Sorry dude. I thought you were someone else. Dammit, and I was about ready to kick his ass."

Nutcase was in deep thought. He then said, "More or less it's just a coincidence. I mean, back when I lived in the real world, there were like seventeen people who shared my mother's name in our town's local phonebook directory. It was real confusing when I went to get a video rental as a child..."
Clown Man chuckled at the memory, but kept quiet knowing Nutcase could be real vindictive when he wanted to.
"Anyway, the fact this guy has a similar initial to Gantz is likely just coincidence. For all we know the guy's last name could be something totally different. Like Geraldo or Grant rather than Gun." Nutcase saqid matter-of-factly. "Besides, his family still lives in the real world and his brother doesn't have an "A" as the first letter of his first name."
The group all suddenly hear Tree's outbursts a short distance away.
"Uh......seems Tree found someone." Clown Man said simply.
Slimer took off like a shot to see who Tree had found, hoping that this would lead eventually him to a reunion with his old friends.

A little after Tree's beatdown, the boy was knocked for a loop for a few brief seconds, his headphones on his head crooked, his spikey mop-top now pointing every which way, and several bumps now forming. When he regained himself he painfully rubbed his head, a tear forming in one of his eyes. With a furious growl, he turned to Treetune. "HEY, WHAT THE @#%# YA CRAZY, WINGED FURBALL?!?!?!?!?!?!?" He properly removed his head phones at this point allowing them to hang from his neck. "Even if I WASN'T the person you thought I was, I oughta clean your clock right here, YA LITTLE-"
"NO WAY..." Came a digital voice, most likely Star Man.
At this point, the others had joined the scene... ... Some more slack-jawed then others. Gene turned to look at them, causing a few to look on in alarm.
Talim stared in wide-eyed disbelief. "He... He looks so much... Like Gantz..."
"He does?" Kosumu asked, turning to Talim in confusion. Climber only nodded when Kosumu looked at him.
....................................................................
At this point, Gene closely examined the gang a second... ... ... Before grinning ear to ear. "Oh you guys are here! Awesome to see ya found me!" He held out a hand in a friendly fashion. "The name's Gene Gun. But some of you probably know me as Anti-Gantz."
If THAT didn't get some kind of response out of the Toon Town members, it was doubtful nothing would.

Nutcase looked at Gene and said, "Hey wait a minut; Anti-Gantz?! Since when did you become a separate entity?"
Slimer looked to Nutcase and said, "You know him?"
"Yeah it's a long story, going back quite a way." Nutcase said as he looked at Gene carefully. "It happened during the days we'd spent together when we first met. Toon Town was under attack by Heartless. Gantz appeared and we had some adventures together. Somewhere down the line a evil version of himself appeared. I can't remembe rmuch of what happened, but Anti here was supposed to have disappeared. He reappeared when some enemies of Gantz's tried to brainwash him. Didn't go according to plan in the long run though. Hadn't seen this guy since."

As the group stepped forward, Beatrice raised an eyebrow at "AG" as they saw him. And that Tree had very recently been beating the everloving crap out of him before she had stopped for some reason. And then once he introduced himself, Beatrice smirked at Nutcase. "Told ya he was related to Gantz somehow."
The Continuing Saga group stayed fairly quiet while they waited for Nutcase to explain things. And then Beatrice groaned.
"Heartless! Of course!" Beatrice yelled. She crossed her arms.
"She hates Kingdom Hearts for what it did to the video gaming industry," Tree whispered to Gene.
"So you're some kinda Anti-Gantz?" Taffy asked. "Wow. That's kinda... stupid. I think. I dunno, I've been having trouble making coherant thoughts lately due to no fault of my own." He rubbed the massive lump on his head from when Beatrice kicked him down the stairs.

Gene raised an eyebrow in a confused manner at the Continuing Saga characters behavior. "OOOOO-kay..." He cleared his throat having said that.
"Just ignore them." Talim gave the boy a sweet smile as she continued. "Please Mr. Gun, we need your help in finding Gantz. Do you know where to find him?"
Gene thought a second, "If you mean on an actual location on where to find big bro, I'm afraid I can't help you there." He sighed a little. "Even I'm not fully aware on where he is now. He's completely underground."
This warranted a strange look from Star Man, "Then why call us here?"
A grin was Gene's response. "Because I have a little piece of information you may be VERY interested in."
He heard a small beeping sound coming from his laptop.
"Gene. The data download for the software is complete." Leviathan appeared on screen once more. "We're ready for the next program." She then noticed the others. "Oh. Who are they?"
The boy sat himself down casually. "Oh some friend's of bro's. Don't worry about it." He turned back to the others "As for what you seek, I'm afraid right here and now, isn't the best place or time to disclose it. Remember, this is the black market, eavesdroppers could be anywhere." He shrugged, "I'd take you to somplace a little more secure, but I'm waiting to meet up with a friend here, and I won't move till she arrives." He took out the program CD and pops in another one, "So you guys can order food and whatever, and eat your fill while we wait."

"Don't mind if we do," Tree said. She scrambled off to go get herself an orange soda and fries, which she was planning to make into extra starchy miracle food.
"Anyways, I'm Beatrice, that was Tree, and this is Taffy. Oh, the gerbil's Tree's familiar and the fox kid's just some traitor kid who's following Tree around again," Beatrice said. "And I ain't got a clue about much of these guys." Well, that was a lie, but still.
"I said I was sorrry..." Ark whined, though he knew that "sorry" didn't fix the fact he caused Ragnarok back on his home world.
Beatrice sat down without going to order any food and crossed her arms.
-----------------
In the shadows nearby lurked a feathered figure. He flicked his tail back and forth. Gene Gun. An "Anti-Gantz." But he wasn't important to Taz. Who was important was Tree. He'd kill the rest of this group just to kill that constant thorn in their plans. Though he'd been ordered to spare Beatrice. Of course Flamel would spare her.

As the group sat down to eat, they were going over their mission once more to see what their first course of action should be.
"We have a possible connection to Ragnarok in this whole deal." Nutcase said as he scanned Tobins again. "The problem we face is knowing weither or not the Flute of Ragnarok is being used or if it's some cosmic fluke."

Gene appeared to into whatever was going on, on his computer screen to notice what the others were going on about.
“Something tells me it could either be a cosmic fluke or this so called ‘Nicholas Flamel’ that Tree kept going on about is somehow able to cause Ragnarock on his own.” Star Man groaned at this. “As if things couldn’t get even more complex.”
Talim thought about this a moment. “So from what I heard from Metal, this ‘Flamel’ wants to destroy the world.” She looked to the others looking confused. “But… Why? I mean, it only makes sense that if he destroys the world, he’ll only destroy himself in the process. Why would anyone want to try something like this?”
A mechanical groan was the response. “Who can say?” Said Metal with a frustrated tone. “But reason or not, it wouldn’t look good if we decided to suddenly turn our backs on this happening.” He looked to Beatrice a moment…
As he did, his mind traveled back to her reaction to finding out Flamel had been behind this. Her reaction was a quiet one, but it didn’t escape his attention. With what he saw, he found it quite possible that Beatrice had feelings for this man, however to what extent was currently unknown. He had wished there was a way to handle this situation without doing anything drastic, but given what Flamel was trying to do, he could only think of one alternative…
“When we find this Nicholas person, we should do whatever it takes to stop him.” He patted his robot arm, “Even if it means that we kill him. Someone who would just suddenly decide to destroy the world without provocation, will only be a danger to himself and everything around him if left alive.”
Climber had followed Metal’s look to Beatrice, looking a bit more confused. “But… Killing isn’t a good thing at all.”
“I agree with Climber.” Talim seemed every bit as hesitant as Climber at these factors. “I’m not above fighting, don’t get me wrong. But I only ever fight, as a means of self-defense, I never kill if I can help it, it just isn’t done for me.” She sighed. “Could there be another way?”
A sigh was the response. “If there is another way, I’m not seeing it.” Came Star Man as he took a look at Gene.

Nutcase looked up and said, "Well, when Jeremy used the flute to start Ragnarok the last time, he did it due to a broken heart. Whatever ol' Nick's motives are will be what we need to appeal to. We just need to find the motive, exploit it, and hopefully prevent the disaster from starting long enough to do something to help him if it's a problem he is suffering from. Otherwise we simply knock him out, stop Ragnarok, and throw him in jail. If he's truly evil, or if he is just insane beyond the point of return, then murder becomes justifiable homocide. And yes, there is such a thing."
