Hisaye was watching L, rather intently. She was awed...very awed...and happy about being able to at least see him. But she worried...worried what he thought. Yet she was still awed to meet him, and to finally see what he really looked like. Her mom had drawn her a headshot, and it had been very accurate! Hisaye opened her mouth to say something, but she shut it. She wasn't sure what to say...and was afraid to say something.

"Um..I..." Hisaye blushed shyly, looking down. She wasn't sure what to say, she really was speechless. She looked up at him, trying to think of something to say. But all the questions...she was afraid of the answers. Moving, she was soon between L and Good and she gazed at L. Her eyes were curious as she chewed softly on the skin on her thumb. Her crimson eyes showed innocence, the youthful innocence any 5 year old would have.
"Mmm..." she looked down, not sure what to do. It was obvious she hadn't a clue how to act or what to say. She didn't know him...and he didn't know her....so it felt so awkward to her.

"I lost Light," Leon said as he got back in. "Oh... What a shame... We'll tell the police right away that he is Kira," L said. "On it," Leon said and pulled out a phone. Suddenly there was a demonic cry off in the distance. "Watari, let's move," L said and the limo took off.

He had lost Light? Good frowned softly, but she shuddered at the demonic cry. He was coming! She pulled Hisaye back over toward her, keeping the small girl close to her. Such an urge to protect the child...it confused her a bit. Sure, she didn't want anyone to get hurt, but for some reason the urge was stronger for Hisaye. Good would gladly give her life for this girl. Thing is, she'd gladly give her life for L or Watari, too. The others she would hesitate...think. Good wasn't so sure about Leon, such a puzzlement. Could this have something to do with what they had concluded on Hisaye? That Hisaye was her daughter, and this is why she would not hesitate?

Leon saw Masahiro behind them. "Damn!" He pulled out Matilda, leaned out the window, and fired a stream of bullets into the angel's chest. Another cry was let out and the angel fell back. "That was too ea..." When Masahiro suddenly got back up and gave pursuit again, Leon was cut off. "Oh Jesus!" He came back in, put Matilda back, and pulled out a Mine Launcher. He leaned out again and aimed at Masahiro and fired. The mines did not home in. "Damn, he's cold!" Leon said and continued firing. Finally one hit. "GOT HIM!" The explosion that went off was big. Masahiro was on the ground after that and they managed to lose him.

Good watched intently and pondered on what to do. It seemed like Leon had it all covered...but she kept her guard up. If there was a chance of her helping, she would! Good looked over at L, thinking quietly. He was going after Akumu...she feared for his life. Good's eyes shift about out the window warily. Where was Akumu now...?

There was suddenly a noise on top of the limo. Leon looked out and his head then fell off in a geyser of blood and his body slumped. Ryuzaki let out a cry of surprise as Masahiro's face appeared in the window. "Surprise!" he said insanely. Watari swerved, trying to get rid of him, but no use. Ryuzaki grabbed Leon's shotgun and shot Masahiro straight in the head, causing him to fall to the ground.

Good's scarlet eyes widened and she covered young Hisaye's eyes as she looked at the blood. She shuddered and stopped breathing, to not take in the scent. Male blood...and her having a growing hunger...Curse being what she was...a living dead. A vampire just...wasn't suited for her. She despised having to hurt others...This wasn't the time to be thinking about that. She saw Masahiro in the window and she shivered, holding Hisaye closer to her to protect the girl.
"A-are you o-k...?" She said after Masahiro had been shot down again. She felt nervous, but began to think. She'd have to...fight Masahiro...if he continued this. Do something to make him go away...

Masahiro appeared behind Good and grabbed Hisaye, mistaking her for L. "Now to die!" he said and pulled Hisaye out. Watari turned and began to pursue Masahiro, but lost him at the next turn. L's fists clenched. Suddenly his hands slammed through the window in anger. "DAMNIT!"
Meanwhile, Masahiro looked at Hisaye. "You're not L," he growled.

Good felt Hisaye suddenly gone from her grasp and her eyes widened.
"No! Hisaye!"
She heard the little girl cry out in surprise and terror. She wanted to jump out the window after her. She watched Hisaye disappear and she shivered.
"N-no....Hisaye..."
She jumped as she heard glass shatter, eyes turning to see a now shattered window.
"....w-we must f-ind her..."
"Lemme go!" Hisaye growled, struggling in Masahiro's grip. "Let me go! Let me go!"
She glared at him as he said she wasn't L. Of course she wasn't L! She was a five year old girl! She had found her momma, and he had taken her away! Though she was scared, she was angry, too. Hisaye bit down on Masahiro's hand while she struggled, trying to free herself.

Masahiro looked down at the girl and growled. "I could kill you right now, but I'll hold you hostage so I can kill your parents later," Masahiro said, then spawned a dark portal and walked into it.
"WHAT THE HELL DID HE WANT WITH HER?!" L yelled. "Ryuzaki, you're not sitting in your thinking position," Watari said. L sighed and put his feet on the seat. Suddenly logic began pouring in and it made more sense. "That's it... Masahiro is going to use Hisaye as a hostage to lure Good-chan and I so that he can kill both of us easily... It's the most logical thing to do... Odds are, since he's a demon, he'll be going to the Dark Empire... But... But... I don't know how to save her. We can't go to the Dark Empire... We'd be no matche for their forces."

"I want momma and papa..." Hisaye frowned unhappily. She shivered at the thought of being killed, but began to think it over. Death, though she was so young, was such a natural part of life...what was there to fear? It would come to her eventually, no matter what she did. If her time to die came, then it would come, no? What else was there she could do? Death was impossible to run away from...was it? The thoughts suddenly comforted her, she realized. There was nothing to fear...nothing to fear about death.
Momma...papa....save me....
"L-let me g-o..." Good whispered softly, frowning. It was the least she could do...after all of this. "I w-ill be a-able to f-ight off m-most of th-em...I-I'm sure. I..."
She shivered, thinking quietly to herself.
"W-we must g-et her b-ack...."

"I will not let you go... Not alone anyway," L said. "Ryuzaki, it's too dangerous! Neither of you should..." "And who will, Watari?!" L snapped. "... Be careful, you two," Watari said.
"Guess I'll gouge out your eyes while we wait," Masahiro told Hisaye. "Awwww, Masahiro-kun," Mephisto, the childish, yet seductful Archangel of Lust said. "She has pretty eyes." "Mephisto, not now. This bitch is gonna bring me the two people I aim to kill," Masahiro said. "That woman was raped. I'm sure she'd come faster if her child was facing the same." "... Make it slow, make it painful. Do it in the ass if you have to, but get that woman here quickly... I suppose you could keep her as a pet afterwards if you wanted." "You're the best, Masahiro-kun." "So I've been told," Masahiro said as Mephisto made off with Hisaye.
"I have a spontaneous feeling that something bad is happening to Hisaye... We need to move fast," L said.
