Chisaki stepped back and let the professionals do their job. She waited until they were out of the apartment before heading out herself. They'd need someone to get that knife. Confirm it was Souji's blood and see if prints other than his own were on there. She was on the way out when she paused and noted the trashcan. That seemed to be a perfectly good cake, or at least had been before it was dumped in the trash. She shook her head and walked out of the apartment, coming out just as Minato suggested to Ryoji that they follow the ambulance.
"Not advised. You'd just get in their way," Chisaki stated. She looked at the rest of the police on the scene and seemed irritated.
Chisaki walked over to someone scribbling down notes and began quietly chew him out. Her words were quiet, but his reactions made it clear what she was doing. It was unlikely Minato or Ryoji would hear the references to curses and stupid superstitions. Ryoji kept an eye on her for a few moments before glancing at Minato and raising a hand towards her.
"Can we get out of here, then? You've got our apartment blocked off, so we kinda need a path if we're going to kill time."
There was something about his body language that said he had intentions of doing anything but. Chisaki was ignoring the two teenagers for the most part. She merely made gestures for the cops to help them past. Ryoji hoped Minato would understand they could go to the hospital after they got out of direct sight of the cops.

Minato sighed as Chisaki addressed him. Shit. He had said that a bit loudly, hadn't he... And with how by the book this woman seemed to be, it would make sense that she didn't want them getting in the way... She probably didn't want them near Souji either. She seemed to think Souji was insane...
Minato looked toward Ryoji as he made his request to Chisaki. He realized what Ryoji meant and smiled as he said that. The moment they got out of this woman's sight (and by extension, the sight of the rest of the police here), they could head toward the hospital.
Once there was a suitable path, Minato headed down the stairs, not even waiting for Ryoji. They needed to go to the hospital. Now. They needed to be there yesterday. Souji was hurt, and dammit, he wanted to know what the hell was going on.

Ryoji was on Minato's heels. Chisaki straightened up from chewing out the man she had been talking to and turned in time to see Ryoji disappear out the door at the bottom. That was lovely. She reached where her jacket had been for her cellphone and cussed as she came up with air. It was still in her coat, which was no on its way to the hospital along with Souji. She walked over to the man she'd been chewing out a moment earlier and held out her hand.
"Give me your cellphone, I need to make a call," she stated.
It was done without question. Chisaki was clearly in a bad mood. Most of the station didn't argue with Chisaki when she was in a bad mood. She took the phone and dialed a number. She held it up to her head and waited for the response.
"Void City Hospital, right? Look, you're going to be getting a silver haired teenager by the name of Seta Souji soon. I want you to make sure he doesn't get visitors, keep him restrained, and have observation on him at all times," Chisaki frowned at the response, "I don't care. He's a suspect in an assault case, he's involved in a murder case, and its likely he tried to commit suicide. He probably isn't all that stable emotinoally, either."
After a few minutes she hung up the phone. They'd at least avoid letting him have unsupervised visitors. She doubted the rest would be handled. She looked at the door again. Those two teenagers were probably chasing after him...
