Physical Description: A young lady in a beutiful set of garments. She has a plush yet small hat on her head, a cloak with a hood draped over her back, and pointed toe boots. she wears sun ornaments wherever they can fit, and dresses in a burnt orange with yellow outlinings/trimmings. her face is disguised well, so you can only see two bright white eyes staring at you from the darkness. she also has curly pink hair, fairly short.
Weapons: as she's only just starting out, she has a magic wand to help with channeling/using her magic.
Abilities/Powers: Nothing outside the average Shaman powers; Magic (both offensive and defensive), power giving, and future sight, but they're all rather weak and she might say the past by accident.
Skills: She can link with someone's heart and mind, a skill that earned her that name.
Personality: She's 14, but still remembers to mind her manners. Just try not to get on her nerves.
History: One of the Shaman from Rougeport, Merissa's been taking lessons from everyone in her extended family, to her Great grandpa Merlon, to her two aunts, Merluvlee and Merlee. Unfortunatly, the powers she possess, although varied compared to everyone else's, are much weaker as a whole, and that means she's not easily trusted with making predictions or powering someone up. Not one to give up, however, she wandered around the old, tired streets and found something unusual; she could hear someone talking, but they were either far away from her, saying something different when she got close, or not talking at all.
This netted her the job and name she has. Despite trying to be a good spellcaster, virtually all her spells are useless besides her mind reading (and with a little help, fortune telling) power. deciding to stop relying on her family, the orange Shaman left Rougeport by boat to try and learn about her magic, one way or the other.
Interestingly, her travels eventually led her to finding the Dimensional Island, something her relatives had told her about, but never actually seen themselves. This was her big chance as a wandering Shaman, to prove that her powers are special!
Other: Since she's from Rougeport, changing a few minor details from either Murluvlee or Merlee's outfits (in that area of the world, considering multiple Merlees and Merluvlees DO exist) will make her outfit, but her hat is more like a witch's hat, and she has a wand, things that easily set her apart from her aunts. she's also a pinch shorter.
