Alright, guys, bear with me on this one. It’s a plot idea I’ve been musing about lately, and since I don’t think I’ll ever get the chance to write it, I thought I may as well bring it here. However, as a message to b gal, this would force me to take Triple D back.
THE IDEA
The premise is explained in short in this deviation (read the Artist Comments):

Some of you have read Triple D, others, maybe not. XD Well, in short, it was a Fusion Fall fan fiction. The beginning sequence is actually in animatic form on my youtube channel. XD But yeah, possessing FusionFall!Edd, Fusion Edd creates Triple D, causes hell, but is eventually defeated and extracted from Edd. Yay.
Basically, I had meant to end Triple D with an epilogue. First part would be Edd’s heartwarming return to his post at the Castle-de-Sac, but the other part would be Fusion Edd’s sample being stolen from Dexter’s Lab. Obviously Fuse wasn’t done with Fusion Edd yet. That, or he seemed the properButt Monkey guinea pig enacting new tactics.
Up this idea is picked. Fuse learns of Dimensional Island somehow. It’s in a separate dimension, so Fuse won’t plan to put the island in his universal conquest (yet…), but it’s still an abundant source of power he could use to help his conquest of Earth. So he sends Fusion Edd to this gap between dimensions on a mission… and with a new ability.
According to Fuse, Earth has put up the longest fight any planet they've attempted to conquer has put up, and his theory is that his subordinates, by taking up human DNA, have been affected by the adaptation, making them "more incompetent." Fuse's idea to rectify this is to try to reverse the adaptation; create Fusion minions from human hosts. Fusion Edd has been given the ability to give this kind of infection, and once fully infected, has ordered to bring back to Fuse and repeat the process again for more powerful “heroes.”
However… I’m not entirely sure how yet, but I plan, of course, for that not to go so well for Fusion Edd. Basically, he will later learn that Fuse plans to decommission all his current Fusion leaders (Fusion Dexter, Fusion Ben, etc.) and replace them with these “newer, better soldiers.” And, of course, due to his past failures, Fusion Edd will be the first to go. Fuse is making him believe he will continue to bring more and more, but if the process works, Fuse will just destroy Fusion Edd and give the ability to someone else before destroying them too.
Well, at this, Fusion Edd will display his first defiance; “FUCK that, I’m not being replaced by some mutated human!” He’ll most likely aid in curing the person he infected, and then get promptly captured by the good guys. Perhaps even the person he infected he’ll help cure out of compassion and become a love interest…?
Either way, his strange, un-Fusion-like behavior won’t go unnoticed. A Fusion with emotions!? Not possible! (he’ll probably bring that to light himself XD) He’ll be kept close by to monitor, and will go through quite the changing process… the adaptation the Fusion has taken on starts to progress further as they keep him alive... his skin hardens and dims... he begins to need food and sleep... begins to feel the blood and bones form under his very skin... senses awaken... brand new emotions and sensations take hold...
At first, he detests this transformation... but over time he realizes... it isn't a punishment for past failures... it is an evolution.

This plot may require me to apply Fuse. If no one else wants him, he’ll probably be my next Canon sign-up.
I know for sure that I’ll need Fusion Edd, the Triple D version. This is the same character that was inside FusionFall!Edd, and for him to begin to accept these changes, he’ll have to had felt them before, when he was locked inside Edd’s body.
That means, b gal, that I’m requesting you to relinquish your control of Triple D to his original creator. I think that’s fair.
Also, he IS based off the canon Fusion Edd, but his identity has been twisted so much by the possession and now manipulation, so I’m considering him an AU OC.
RPER NOTES
Of course, I’ll need others in this! But this is a big, personal plot to me, so I’ll need to set some standards.
First of all, don’t worry, this’ll have nothing to do with the Edd Felix plot, that’d be too many fucking Edds. XD So don’t think you’re expected to be involved too much in THAT plot to get involved in this one. Reading Triple D will be good enough, it’s only six chapters on dA. Knowledge of Fusion Fall is a bonus, but I can answer any questions that come up about it. (much information about the Fusion will probably be put into the character apps)
Secondly, I want two things from RPers: quality and commitment. Someone’s gotta have a group of characters sets aside that we can ban them together to interact with Fusion Edd (I plan to grant him a name in the plot as he develops into a human). These should be characters that have been well-thought out, and hopefully aren’t involved in something too big at the moment. XD For sanity’s sake, he’ll be coming in after Edd and Felix break up, so it’s in the “present” time zone.
Thirdly, I’m going to restrict the number of RPers involved so this doesn’t get chaotic. At some points, I’ll allow others to be featured in threads too, but I want to keep the main group keeping their eyes on Fusion Edd to be kept small.
Ultimately, I’ll decide who gets in on this plot. PLEASE don’t get upset if you don’t get into the main group. This is mah baby. D: I need peeps who understand that.
