Physical Description (Demon Form)
Amon's basic appearance combines that of several animals. His "base", so to speak, is that of an unusually large gray wolf with mainly black coloration. The parts that aren't black are dark gray and avoid appearing black next to the ebony black that dominates his fur. The fur is very unkempt, lending an extra level of "wild" to Amon's appearance. His entire head is made of the straight black fur, the dark gray being noticeable on the body, in particular his underside.
Amon has no back legs, its body slopping down as naturally as can look to a long dark gray snake tail with black markings. The markings are reminiscent of a green anaconda, with the lighter green areas being the dark gray ones. The tail begins about halfway down his body, but it only truly starts at where his back leg joints should be. The tail is pure muscle, as one might expect on a snake.
Amon's wolf snout is a bit oddly pointed. It is not sharp, but it seems to be almost mix in a few bird beak traits. The teeth are wolf-like, however they seem to be as much part of the beak snout as inside them. When Amon closes his snout, they lock together. He is able to "smile" much in the fashion a wolf can, and actually as more wolf-like teeth in addition to the parts that are part of his beak-snout. The fur around his snout and eyes is unkempt in a fashion to make one think of feathers. While his eyes are all wolf, they are straight black and reflect more like a raven's might.

Amon's human form itself has no signs of his true demonic nature, and any signs there of fall under his Abilities/Powers. Amon's human forms tend to be a little on the short side, and the ethnicity of his human form is almost always middle-eastern, although the skin tone there of can vary heavily. He can take any form when his powers are at full, but his preferred and easiest to take form is that of a dark-skinned Egyptian man standing at about 5'4" with a very lean build. He has short black hair that is just long enough for him to slick back. It tends to be on the stringy side of things. He also has a somewhat scraggly beard of what would be considered "average" length. It combines with a mustache.
His eyes are hazel bordering on a wolf-like gold in the right lights. He also has accented canines that are noticeable when he speaks, but just under freakish. It is known to turn heads, though. When it comes to jewelry, he does seem to have a thing for accessorising with feathers, those of a raven being a favorite. He tends to prefer to dress in blacks and dark grays, his attire being fairly casual, although he likes vests. His shoes tend to be practical and not worth note.
Weapons
Amon doesn't carry any weapons on his person. However, in either form he fights with the ferocity of a rabid animal but the control of a warrior. This makes weapons quite unnecessary. His beak-snout is capable of tearing flesh like a hot knife through butter, and his snake tail functions as a constrictor's might.
Abilities/Powers
Amon possesses the potential for all the powers one would expect an Arch Field (alt: Demon Lord) to have. Enormous demonic strength and the power of dark incarnate.
A key power not obviously related to his status as a demon is the ability to sense when mortals have a lean towards the Sin of Wrath. He is by the nature of his being drawn to such individuals and is more likely to appear before them, especially with it being easier if he is low on energy. His power relates to that Sin. He has a polar opposite on the angelic axis, an angel by the name of Barachiel.
Skills
Despite his tendency not to do so, Amon is able to use almost any secular weapon that has existed in the history of his world. He is able to figure out new weapons based on their efficiency in causing damage (not necessarily killing).
He talks a good talk, and is very good about reading what upsets a person the most and encouraging them to take vengeance for it. It makes him rather good at reading people so he can pick out how to goad them. He is the type that could easily incite a crowd to riot.
Amon, being non-human as he is with his age, is able to use most human skills he might need. This isn't to say he can do everything and definitely not saying he can't be overpowered in many ways. He does have an issue with patience, though, so things that are tedious tend to get abandoned.
Personality
Amon seems to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder at times. While he is known for talking a good story, he does seem easily angered. He doesn't seem to appreciate being angry alone, and is known for picking fights. He is manipulative and will usually attempt to make a person succumb to feelings of anger and vengeance. If he can't quickly identify an outside influence, he will often play with a person's feeling of self loathing. He considers it a victory to merely force a person to negatively examine themselves and feel angry at the choices they have made. Its rarely obvious, though, because it is not unknown to cause him to fly off the handle. He is quite abusive in both senses and is quick to lash out at others.
History
Amon claims that he came into existence when the fallen angel Lucifer created his sixth brethren to counteract his six former archangel allies and lead man down the path of ruin. The method of his creation is unclear, but he knows he stands as a balanced counterpoint to the Archangel Barachiel.
History advanced from that point as it would, with Amon and his Archfiend brethren attempting to thwart the angels at every pass. They each did it for their own reasons, Amon's being wrathful anger towards the angel's supposed power. Unlike Leviathan, it was not jealousy of their attention, but fury at their arrogant pride. The balance was tenuous at best.
However, fifty years ago, the angel's lord and God went missing. The secret couldn't be kept for long, and eventually he and his brethren learned of it. Several passes of information caused things to be skewed, and the Demon Lords misunderstood the Archangels' goals. This lead to the hunting of humans that seemed to have psychic potential and the lives of dozens of children and families being made into living hells. It was the machinations of Lucifer that lead to the truth of the situation coming out. However, Lucifer chose to continue in his attempts to control the psychic children. Amon was aware of it, but not directly involved.
Amon realized what was going on after the first few humans were found by the angels. They were seeking humans who had a strong lean towards Great Sin or Virtue and effecting them in a way to cause them to gain powers based on their next related act. When Barachiel sent the human to Dimension Island, Amon got it into his head that Barachiel was trying to hide the person from him. The resulting rage made Amon decide to jump dimensions as well. His searches for the human have come up empty, however, and so Amon is now up to his usual tricks... and he's about to find a prime target...

Amon exists as a heavy AU Supernatural OC for a plot we have going. He is actually adapted from an original character from an original story I'll probably never write, making him a sort of AU off an OC.
I have no images of Amon in any form. I came up with the basis for his appearance based on research on Wikipedia. Feel free to try and draw him if you're brave.
